Villa vacation rentals in Manila Bay

Had a wonderful stay and would recommend for family staycations. The place exceeded our expectations from the photos. An extra fan or AC unit would be nice for the loft area, as it can be hot at noon and afternoon. A table in the main living room would also be good for more space to put down belongings. Would book the place again!

This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

We stayed at this place for a weekend staycation and to attend a wedding at a nearby events place. The place is very nice, cozy and the pool is an added plus. We also enjoyed our karaoke time in the limited time that we have. The host is very responsive and attended to our queries and needs promptly. The caretakers were very helpful and reliable. We felt safe and homely. My only issue was the gravel pathway leading to the Casitas which is not wheelchair or PWD friendly and was a struggle for our elderly. A pebbled concrete would’ve been better. Other than this, the place is very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were ample for a comfortable stay.

A big place to stay at with lots of friends and family!

We had a wonderful experience at Ikigai. Our suite was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—including a plush bed, and high-speed Wi-Fi. What truly stood out was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pampanga.

The house is so nice! The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are spacious – all air-conditioned. Almost all rooms have walk in closets too. Kitchenwares are complete as well. Mineral waters are provided as well! The place is worth it for its price! It is good for a big family outing or reunion. If I may suggest what to improve on, hopefully the caretaker will be more responsive. The host is so responsive but not the caretaker. We try to knock on her quarters and call her via phone, but no response. That’s why we were not able to get what we needed like changing of the linen that has menstrual stain that doesn’t come from us 😅 One more thing, we didn’t have an internet connection the whole time ☹️ According to the host, there was a problem with their smartbro (pocket wifi). But overall, if the purpose of stay is to just relax and be at peace, this is worth it!

Really homey, quiet and nice neighborhood. Just a little bit far from the main gate if you’re commuting. Shouldn’t be a problem if you have your own car. Clean and spotless, you have everything you need. Lovely caretakers as well.

I used to live in Taytay, Rizal. I had some things to do this trip, so I looked for a suitable place that is near my old family home and also give us some much needed relaxation. The ad was very attractive as it had a pool, a kitchen, and a big bedroom, and it was a few minutes drive to my old place. When we got there, the host’s sister, AG, was present to welcome us. We quickly settled in. The room’s air conditioning made it very comfortable for sleep. The bedroom had bed-space enough for 8 persons. The bed we used was adequate for my husband and myself. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts. There was a water dispenser which is very much appreciated as we always make tea; a big fridge to store our meager supplies; seating area for at least 18 persons there. The pool was clean and we used it as often as we can while there. There was privacy as the place was surrounded by tall trees and a high fence. In all, a very pleasant stay for us.

My friends and I loved our stay here. Not only is there a 3-bedroom main house with a gorgeous living room, but there are additional tiny home units as well included so there was more than enough room and privacy for our group of 10. Nice outdoor & indoor spaces to hang out together, and then everyone can retreat to their own private room whenever they feel like it. A big private pool, all the modern amenities you could want, plenty of parking, within a few minutes drive of all the main attractions in Tagaytay this place is a no-brainer for big groups looking to chill in Tagaytay.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

This Bali-inspired villa was absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful design, and spacious layout. The pathway leading to the pool and main house gave such a relaxing tropical feel, and the whole place was perfect for unwinding. The pool area was a highlight—great for relaxing and spending time with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the staff/host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with Bali vibes without leaving the country, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

We enjoyed the place for family party. The staffs are super accommodating. Small hustle with the sound system/microphone. Overall, the place is homey and cosy.

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

My family and I loved the place. I had to book last minute from another airbnb that we didn't like, and Cristina responded to my inquiry right away! Very spacious for a big family and I liked that extra tables and chairs were provided. The pool was a plus which was enjoyed by the kids! Christina is very responsive and took care of all my requests right away. Highly recommended.

Thanks Kathryn for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! It was such a nice time to enjoy with friends now that we have our babies. There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! We will definitely be back again ✨

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.
