Townhome vacation rentals in Manila Bay

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

Ms Jennifer was very responsive. My relatives had to do early check in and she was flexible with it. Thank you 🙂.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Maam janine is a great and understanding host. Her place is best for big families. We stayed at her unit for a couple of nights and we enjoyed it. The place is also close to malls, terminals and train stations.

The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

We always like booking this place everytime we have an event in Marikinq. It is spacious, clean, and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is very convenient. Love the amenities and the living area especially.

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

we felt safe and the place has everything you need for a home. you have your own garage. hope the fridge situation can be addressed as it is partially blocked and we find it challenging to access it.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI.
