Our stay was wonderful. The house is in excellent condition and fulfills the promised, very clean, organized and with perfect decor! We have good beds, good air conditioning and a beautiful pool. The gourmet area is very good and well-equipped. Pedro was very attentive and answered promptly any of our questions.

Alessandra's accommodation is ideal to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the beautiful Brazilian landscape. A very representative place, very friendly and quiet people. We spent some very nice days enjoying the sound of the sea and nature. Mrs. Regina welcomed us very warmly and was very attentive to our stay. We highly recommend this place.

The location is wonderful, the house is beautiful, but it needs maintenance. The doors do not run easily, which makes it difficult to close them, that of some of the bathrooms not even running, could not use it because there was no way to close the door. The kitchen needs improvement and lacks a microwave, coffee maker…the sandwich maker didn't work. The cleaning was also not adequate, the refrigerator had a bad smell of fish and we needed to clean before placing the groceries, with the oven and stove the same thing, it had a lot of accumulated fat, but it worked well. One suggestion is to wash the seats of the dining table chairs, they were very frowned. Other than that, we love the stay, sleep with the noise of the sea and wake up with that look, made it all very worthwhile. Luiz Gustavo was very helpful and available. I intend to come back more often!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular!!!! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

Good evening, I would like to thank Claudia for allowing us to use her wonderful home, all functioning normally excellent local with a beautiful view. Me and my family were pleased by the emergency service at the times when it was necessary. I couldn't help thanking the houseboy Luis Paulo, who was very attentive and always catering to us and remembering that he is the boatman who takes us to the house in complete safety. Our stay was perfect, we liked it very much, with no improvement points to consider. Quiet, pleasant, gorgeous condominium!! Eu and my family love! The house is really like the pictures, everything clean, organized and beautiful. The condominium is wonderful and safe, the location is great... there is market, bakery and a mall on the other side of the highway. It is possible to take advantage of several leisure options such as swimming pools, courts, playgrounds and bike lanes. The private beach is close to the club, with an easy access trail, no structure, but it is great for children. Near the house a 15-minute walk we have access to another beach, with more structure (square with beachfront kiosks, bathrooms and children's playground). Check in super quiet and super flexible checkout (GRATITUDE) Speaking of the hosts, they were extremely attentive, helpful and always answered my questions quickly. I leave a hug to the hosts (Moses and Alessandra) and our gratitude for the affection.

A great condominium for families with children. Quiet and very organized. Beach and nature associated. House with all infrastructure. It looked like it was in my house. Thoughtful hosts and even left a Mother's Day treat. I will always return I can.

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! To stay on an island, having access to a small beach with quiet waters and only for us and our 7-year-old son, with a paradisiacal landscape, was our goal and was fully achieved at the home of Lu and Francisco. In addition to the cordiality of the hosts, I want to highlight the friendliness and goodwill of the boatman Letho, a rare person with whom I had many conversations. The place is wonderful, paradisiacal scenery, Letho took us to three beaches of Jaguanum, which was a great ride, especially for our son, where the dolphins made a show for us! The house is simple but has the essential, especially air conditioning, wi fi and refrigerator in perfect operation. We'll be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

Great house, right on the sand with a lot of comfort, very good suites, complete outdoor area. Very good for socializing with the family, a quiet place to rest. Everything is very clean and a bathroom for the back room provides privacy for everyone. I highly recommend it!
