Vacation rentals with a patio in Malaysia

~Rant~ Finding the place at night is a bit of a challenge, but that's just signage and roads. The security personnel are lost, carpark is designed for Kelisa's. Getting into the unit was easy after having to walk up the carpark exit ramp because the door to the lift was broken. ~Apartment~ Listed unit was just like in the pictures, clean sheets, floors, tables, the whole works. Toiletries and towels are provided. Host did everything they promised so they get 5-stars.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the pictures. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was there. No surprises, just a solid, pleasant stay. Would definitely come back.

Stay is clean and properly designed. However the toilet bowl had some leakage issues which cause foul smell. Other aspects are great

المكان نظيف ومرتب والمطبخ مكتمل من كل شيء المزعج فقط عدم وجود تكييف ووجود النمل بكثره لكن بسبب طبيعة المنطقه يعتبر شيء طبيعي بشكل عام انصح بالإقامه هنا ومناسب جداً للعائله يوجد بالقرب منه مطاعم ومحلات كثيره

very proactive host. let us know of anything in regards to the house upfront. its worth it to have a weekend with a small group gathering around melacca.

Great place & host

Chalet di kawasan kampung, terdapat 2 chalet. Parking kereta mudah dalam kawasan tuan rumah. Mudah untuk angkat barang. Keluasan chalet selesa, 2 bilik tidur, can fit well my 3 kids and teens. Private pool inside the chalet was a bonus, however it could be nice if there is separate doors for the bathroom and the private pool. There is a bathtub as well beside the private pool. Kawasan chalet sangat tenang... Kebetulan hujan turun semasa kami stay, so the kampung vibes so nice. Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan chalet... Memudahkan. Overall is good. Terima Kasih hostess.

We were very happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Packets of snacks (which my kids loved) and sachets of beverages were provided, which was very thoughtful! There's also a water filter/dispenser in the kitchen which we could get hot and cold water from, this was very useful and convenient! We did not spot a single cockroach, ant, lizard nor pest in the house, which is quite rare because it's rainy season and landed houses usually have some pests - the house was very clean. Also towels in every room and basic toiletries provided. Water heater worked well. Thank you for having us!

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

We had an absolutely incredible experience! The amenities and proximity to fhe beach were just what we were looking for. Its great for families with young kids. Would definitely recommend! We'll stay here every time we're in town!

old building but its kinda classic homey. really shock it event has baby crib. the only minus for me is too high. take some time to wait for the lift but my dad love the view and the dining table use high stool but thats ok. i just sit infront tv very near to gleneagles got starbucks and mini markets just at the lobby if you walk to the back of the building. they got mamak stall and very convenient because i grab food alot and they have drop off table. so the driver no need to wait for us

Meen is great host. The host greets me like a friend. The place is quite nice and feels like a hotel one. Coway water purifier, cloth dryer and two parking spot provided are plus points compared to other stay, and of course at the affordable price. Grab food can be delivered at your door step as well. Low light about the apartment are no lift from the parking and only several electrical socket can be used although the quantity quite a lot. Not sure about this, maybe I am the one who didnt know to plug in. Other than these two, are considered acceptable and quite well. Overall, I am satisfy with my stay there for 3 nights. Thanks Meen for hosting me..! Will not hesitate to rent again when I come to Putrajaya next time.

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again

Very responsive by Ms Angela (co-host) with helpful and clear instructions. Although the apartment was abit old , but the unit is reasonable clean and tidy. Location is good , within 10 mins drive to Toppen IKEA. Overall is good!
