A very nice and nice place to disconnect and recharge, for lovers of the countryside and the beach, they have the best of the 2 together inside a very safe and very well located residential for surfing! , Mr. Alonso, excellent host , attentive at all times to if everything was okay or we needed something, my family and I hope to return soon.

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

Good evening, I comment that the house is very nice, spacious, comfortable and the quiet area near the square. We were very satisfied with Luis's attention, always attentive providing the facilities to make our stay even more pleasant..the house is the same as the photos, everything is very tidy, I would definitely rent the house again, I recommend it!

Ines is a very nice and attentive person, she was always looking out for us... before, during and after. Her house is wonderful, there is tranquility and the spaces are spacious, the truth is that her house is much more wonderful than in the photographs, the area is very safe and easy to access...if you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima and enjoy the view looking at the intense sea, I recommend it....I recommend it 1000 times and I will schedule my stay at her house again... thank you Ines for your attention.

Very good location and excellent view of the beach. Lots of Restaurants and Cafés nearby. The area is very quiet.

I loved the place, the incredible view, the apartment expanded, Giovanni's service loved it at all times that I asked him something. It is an excellent place to get out of the routine
