Vacation rentals with beach access in Maddens Plains

We absolutely loved the central location of this apartment. It is light and airy, well equipped and just as pictured. Elisabeth was a wonderful host who always replied quickly to our questions and did her best to allow for an early check-in as our flight from Austria arrived very early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to think twice about renting this apartment though. Garbage disposal and other trucks can be heard, even with windows closed, as early as 5 am. Add to this the fact that the next-door neighbour seems to be talking on the phone loudly at all times of day and night and on Friday and Saturday nights street noise can get quite loud. If you're not a sound sleeper, this might be somewhat challenging. All in all, a perfect place to stay centrally in Manly when you have no problem with noise.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and so central with lots of fantastic eating options and parks, cinema and beach for kids. Peter was a great host and so responsive. Can recommend.

We would highly recommend Myriam and her property to others. She was extremely accommodating allowing us to check in early and a later check out was offered. There was a lovely bottle of Rose and chocolates on arrival. The apartment is stunning, new, clean, lovely furnished, extremely well catered for Airbnb.. The kitchen is stunning, the bathroom products were quality and smelt beautiful. Linens were just lovely. The beds were comfy. The only tiniest of things I would say is as much as the lounge is lovely looking it really only seats 2-3, a bigger comfier lounge would suit a family or more people staying at the property. The apartment was in a great spot. Easy access. Great car parking area. Everything was 5 star. Will definitely come back. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked inviting.

Michael is super responsive and this place is right where you want to be in front of the beautiful bondi beach! My mom and I loved watching the water crash from adorable beachy chairs in the living room. We are very grateful for the in-unit laundry machines because we did the blue mountains hiking trip beforehand. The air conditioner and heater worked amazing too. It was both sunny and raining since we traveled end of April/May so we used both air and heat. There’s a smell when you get into the front door of the building because the trash (next to the bar) is on the first level and we told michael who took care of that right away! The unit is 3 stories up so when we got inside there’s no smell in the unit. Overall we felt really lucky to find this bondi gem. To be honest - I’m usually a 5 star hotel person and I was happy to choose this airbnb instead! It was perfect for us - beachy and cozy :)

We enjoyed staying in the room. It was clean and bed was comfortable. It had great kitchen facility so we could cook breakfast in the morning and cleaning up was easy because of the mighty dishwasher! The room had the adapter and charger too! The common laundry room with dryer was close to the room which was really helpful. Next to the unit, they have Mediterranean cafe that opens from 7 am and also the famous fish and chip shop is so close by too. Great access to the balmoral beach.

Great little apartment. Very tidy and clean and exactly like the photos. Fully kitted kitchen and extremely clear check in/out instructions.

Enjoyed our brief stay. Very close to cafes, shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Wifi was excellent too as my husband relied on it to do some remote work. We found this apartment very comfortable. Thekla was a wonderful host and even made us a loaf of Artisan bread! Thank you!

Amazing location right on the beach, waking up to the sunrise in the windows was such a beautiful experience. The instructions were very thorough, the place was a little hidden but we had no trouble to find. The little pink beach shack is definitely on the list for one of our favorite places we have stayed.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family. Beach walking, swimming and lucky to have fabulous weather. Very comfortable.

We had a great weekend away with family over the Easter long weekend! The property was very spacious and on a quiet street. It caters for the whole family (board games, a river to walk along, fishing, water activities, Foxtel and an outdoor area to relax and hang out. The kitchen had all the essential appliances/condiments including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Great Location - An 18-minute drive to Nowra, 3 3-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach - Shoalhaven Heads, Local IGA, a 10-minute drive to Berry and a scenic drive to neighbouring areas (Gerringong and Kiama). Dianne is a great host and very responsive to all queries. A card was handwritten and personalised on arrival, which was a nice touch. Thank you, for allowing us to stay at your home. We loved it, and will definitely visit again!

Had a great stay, the house was spotless and spacious for our party of 6 adults. Good kitchen and bbq to cook our nightly meals. Lovely beach view from veranda for lunch and afternoon drinks. Short walk down to beach and cafe. Thank you Dean for our very enjoyable stay.

Stuart couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive to our needs We all loved the accommodations including our granddaughter who kept mentioning “Stuart’s house” had this and that :)

I can't express enough how much our family renunion enjoyed Andrew and Sarah's home. Everyone expressed how welcoming, homely and family oriented it is. The cooks welcomed the well stocked ktichen -- every utensil we needed plus more was there and so accessible to create delicious feasts served on stylish accessories. Steve’s place was absolutely stunning!! Beautiful views to wake up to 😊 It was quite small for a penthouse but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in beauty. Steve was really kind in letting me get ready for my wedding in his apartment with my two close friends. This was a really special experience and my friends were stunned by the view! Alan’s Place was absolutely perfect for our night away! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Everything we needed was provided. Alan was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. The little personal touches Alan provided for our stay made us feel right at home.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. We had people in our party who were able to go for a swim, others who enjoyed a stroll through the Cronulla shops. There are great restaurants close by and we all enjoyed the view from the dining window of the beach and the street life below.

Al was absolutely amazing throughout my booking from the start to the end. I was running a little late for check in, and as long as I kept him updated, he was great. The accommodation has everything you need that keeps you private and self contained. It's clean and tidy, and had enough space for me as I was travelling alone. I highly recommend this place for the location, price, and the friendly and approachable host. Thanks Al, I hope to see you again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s place in Queenscliff. It’s a short and easy 4-minute walk to Queenscliff Beach, which shares a cove with Manly Beach. A little further down is Shelly Beach with calm waters… perfect for a swim after a nice walk. We plan to go back in October and will stay in this lovely apartment once again. Without a doubt.
