We had a wonderful stay at Marianne and Pascal’s place. They were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts, and even provided us with delicious milk, bread, and other food items upon arrival. One of the highlights of our stay was the farm tour—they introduced us to their horses, sheep, chickens, and alpacas, and we had the chance to interact with them up close. It was such a fun and memorable experience. They also helped us light the fireplace, making the house cozy and warm. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Kenny was a great host and the cabin was just as described. It was such a lovely stay with luxury ammenities, a beautiful surrounding to see the stars and I just loved the easy to use fire place. The home has been designed with such care in a truly remarkable place in the world.

This place was AMAZING. It was so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook all of our meals at home. It is very spacious and what a plus to have three toilets. It was only 50 minutes from Hooker Valley Track with a gorgeous scenic drive. We had a gorgeous sunset and sunrise. The horses behind the yard were a pulse - gorgeous to watch and one of the days they actually trotted over to us. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to a friend and would gladly stay again!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Mt Cook and Lake Tekapo from Queenstown, as close to both. Enough room for a lot of people (8 beds) which is great, and available facilities for washing, cooking and parking. Only one toilet though so might be tricky for a bigger group.

Our family loved the stay at the Alpine lodges. The lodge itself was really cozy having all the modern amenities. The handwritten welcome card and freshly baked bread was an amazing personal touch. The place also had different seating options and hot tub to enjoy the surroundings in the best way possible The petting zoo was a great addition to the experience, kids enjoyed interacting with all the farm animals. What we also were impressed with how there was emphasis on sustainability by minimal to no use of plastic and also provision to collect food scrap for composting. We would say, one of the best places to stay at Lake Tekapo!

We had a lovely stay. Big house which suited our family group well. House is well appointed for a longer stay - big kitchen, living and dining areas. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Good central location, close to main attractions. Would recommend.

The place was clean and inviting. I had travelled with a toddler and a pregnant wife and we had a really good time. The unexpected heavy snow threw few challenges but the house had enough amenities to keep you warm and Alex was very protective to lend a helping hand to ensure we had a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place and we surely would visit back in a few years time ! Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Teresa's place! We were only there for one night but it had a lovely homely feel and plenty of space for us with 3 big bedrooms and a confusable lounge and full size kitchen with everything we needed. It's very close to the main Street and so it's easy to walk to the supermarket and other shops. Thank you for turning on the heat pump before we arrived, it was nice and warm! I would recommend to anyone visiting or just on their way through Fairlie.

Nice spot close to town but quiet and secluded. If you are going to stay there the google maps will take you up the wrong driveway, it will be right after the speed bump heading north. She had it marked well, google is just off a few driveways.

Our family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights and we wished we had booked for longer! It was one of our fav places to stay at on our whole trip - stunning views, comfortable rooms, super easy check in and out, clean, quiet … and one of the most well equipped kitchens for cooking anything imaginable (they even have a rice cooker and a Korean BBQ pan)! On a clear night you can go to the back of the house and see the Milky Way! Highly recommend and would come back again!
