Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

We want to thank Dimitrije for his hospitality and for allowing us to stay in his apartment. The studio is very well equipped, everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is located in an incredible place, with ocean views and just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. It also has a swimming pool that we really enjoyed. Communication was very good, he always responds in less than a minute. We recommend this studio to couples who want to have an unforgettable vacation. We want to thanks also Dimitrije´s wife, she was great helping us with a little issue we had :).

Very clean accomodations close to the old town and located directly next to the beachfront (literally 10 meters away). All this for a very reasonable price.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in Kotor! De locatie was perfect – centraal gelegen, met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand. De ruimte was schoon, netjes en duidelijk met zorg onderhouden, wat meteen een welkom gevoel gaf. De host was bijzonder vriendelijk en proactief, gaf duidelijke communicatie vooraf en stond altijd klaar met tips of hulp wanneer nodig – zonder opdringerig te zijn. Wat echt het verschil maakte: de parkeerplaats. Ruim, veilig en gemakkelijk bereikbaar – iets wat je niet vaak zo goed geregeld ziet bij een Airbnb in de stad. Kortom: alles klopte. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Tamara’s place is just a street back from the sea front. The apartment was really clean and comfortable and her brother was really helpful in showing us around when we first arrived. Everything you could need is in the apartment including a shaded terrace outside. 5 or so minutes walk to the port area but with restaurants and bars right outside. Great place to stay if you’re planning a visit to Porto Montenegro.

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

Ubytovani je blízko moře a promenády. V blízkosti je spousta restaurací. 20min od ubytovani je zastávka vlaku, který jede z letiště Podgorica.

We had a wonderful week here at Tamara's apartments. Fantastic scenery, everything you need in the apartment, amazing pool and to be able to step off the patio into the sea was a superb bonus. A couple of nice restaurants within easy walk (one next door). Very friendly and helpful hosts, we borrowed their kayak a few times. Plenty of private parking, just a little hard to find the right drive off the main road the first time. There is a stated quiet time after 10pm, but you could still hear a fair amount of normal noise from the other apartments, nothing too disruptive for us but it could be different with other guests there. Wonderful place, we would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 personnes au sein de cet appartement. L’appartement est beau et propre. Il est situé à seulement 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. La mer est visible depuis le balcon. Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pieds. Il est aisé de garer la voiture dans la rue car de nombreuses places sont disponibles. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande ce logement 👍💯

This apartment is worth it! We couldn’t get enough of it, so beautiful and homely, we enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Everything in the house was thoughtfully planned. If I have to visit Becici again I’d definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The apartment is bigger than it looks in photos with two bathrooms, a lounge and a large terrace area by the shared pool. It was an amazing location 1 min walk from the sea front with lots of amazing restaurants. Our host was delightful and very helpful ! She was easy to get a hold of when we needed to get quotes for taxis etc! We had a really great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Branka! The villa was beautifully maintained, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The surroundings were peaceful, and the atmosphere made it easy to feel right at home. The hosts were welcoming, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend Villa Branka to anyone looking for a perfect getaway and would definitely love to return in the future!

My father stayed in this apartment in Bečići for a month, and overall, we were very satisfied with the experience. The host, Angela, was always available, incredibly helpful, and ready to assist with anything—from the registration process to finding a parking spot and even helping us with the dishwasher. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and looks even better than in the photos. One thing I especially appreciated was the very high ceilings, which gave a sense of space and comfort—you don’t feel cramped like you often do in an apartment compared to a house. The sea is just across the road, and you can see it from the balcony, along with beautiful sunsets. The only downside was that upon arrival, there were no basic essentials in the apartment—not even bottled water, salt, or other simple items. Since we arrived on a Sunday when all shops are closed, this became a bit of a problem. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend these apartments.

Our holiday was made even more special by staying in this well-kept accommodation. The host is very responsive and helpful and always answered our questions on time. We arrived to the accommodation earlier than the stated check in time and Jelena was waiting for us with keys, she was very professional and helpful and we really appreciate this. The property had everything we needed and was very organised, with plenty of clean towels, shampoos…etc and the location is great as it’s not too far from shops, pharmacy and restaurants but still quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend booking with Jelena and INproperties and would definitely stay again if Im back to Budva!

We had an amazing time at Zoran’s place. Ideal location for the beach, all the shops, nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The flat is very clean, it has everything you’d need. We liked the pool, most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Zoran is a great host, he gave us very useful recommendations, was always nice to chat to and we loved his delicious house wine.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Die lage ist wirklich traumhaft, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Auf Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft und den tollen Urlaub.

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

Toen we aankwamen zat de sleutel in de deur. De moeder en oma waren er nog, daar we te vroeg waren. We hebben onze eigen parkeerplaats en er was genoeg bergruimte. Op het terras waren 2 ligstoelen en we kregen de beschikking over een sub. Al met al een prima plek. O, en vergeet de airco niet. Deze was echt nodig. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.

Le logement est super bien situé ,la route de bord de mer est très jolie pour se promener, nenad est très réactif quand on a besoin de réponse , le seul bémol que je pourrais faire c'est qu'il y avait des travaux dans la maison d' à côté et donc du bruit.

This place is amazing! Very peaceful area with a beautiful view from the apartment. There’s also some great restaurants and shops nearby! The apartment itself is very clean and nice and comes equipped with everything you would need. Jovan is extremely responsive and helpful and can provide some great recommendations for your stay. Easily the best and kindest Airbnb host I’ve ever had. If you come to Tivat, you should 100% stay here.
