You will be charmed by the lovely apartment in Lundeborg, 5 min walk from 2 lovely beaches, fishing opportunities, beautiful forest, cozy harbor with a few restaurants and a small local grocery store. Apartment of 32m2 with wood-burning stove, kitchen-living room with stove and oven, bathroom with shower, enclosed sleeping area with double bed with possibility for extra bed for smaller child. French doors with beautiful garden with chairs and table for morning coffee. Possible to clean fish outside by appointment. Voted Village of the Year 2024

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

Idyllic cottage directly by the water.

Cottage directly by the water. Idyllic little cottage of 15 m2 located on 900 m2 of secluded land. The house is located at beautiful Elsehoved 3 km south of Lundeborg, and with both forest and water as a neighbor. The house is well furnished with a separate toilet. Please note that there is only a shower outside. This is with shielding and hot water. There is a fireplace with pots and pans. In addition, 2 sea kayaks and SUP boards for free use. The bed is a sofa bed with the option of using a top mattress.

Boathouse

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

The room is with its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Suitable for an overnight stay or two when you're on the go. Not a summer cottage. Tenant can self check in.
