Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

Lobster Pod; luxury Glamping

JodieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
100% would recommend for couples who want a few nights away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We had an amazing time, it looked exactly like the photos and the views were a highlight. Lucinda was fab, my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with flowers and she was happy to set them up for our arrival. Got a welcomed surprise when the turkeys showed up. They weren’t aggressive and definitely gave us a giggle, of all animals we definitely weren’t expecting them. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay.
A modern kitchen features a light-colored cabinetry with ample counter space. A range cooker and refrigerator are present, alongside a kettle and coffee maker. Vertical blinds allow natural light to enter, illuminating the room. A soft mat enhances the floor area near the sink.

Charming 1 bedroom holiday annexe in rural Angus

PhilRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The annexe was perfect for a wee break away. It is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is so much bigger than many self-catering properties and there is a constant supply of hot water. The weather was good but it was cold outside in the evenings and at night, but the annexe was always cosy. As Carole points out in her instructions, this is so rural that the satnav doesn't take you straight to the door, but Google maps instantly recognises the house name so this isn't an issue. The view from the patio is fields as far as you can see and the setting is just so peaceful. The annexe has a lovely self-contained garden which, I should imagine, would be gorgeous on a warm, sunny day. Lunan bay is about 20 minutes drive and is a beautiful sandy beach and great for walks. Carole and her husband were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful to unwind, this is the perfect spot.

The Edge - Amazing 140-foot" Cliff Top Views

HazelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the most incredible stay at Windy Edge. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The photos were stunning when we booked, but the reality exceeded every expectation. The property is modern, beautifully kept, and clearly designed with care – every detail thoughtfully considered. Lynsay and Dave were fantastic hosts, so welcoming and attentive from start to finish, making the whole experience seamless. The location is perfect – peaceful and tucked away, yet close enough to shops for anything you might need, striking the ideal balance. The views are truly something special, unlike anything I’ve seen before, and I’ve stayed in many beautiful places. Waking up to those stunning landscapes each morning was a real privilege. The space itself is spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, my family made the most perfect memories together Can’t recommend Windy Edge highly enough – we will definitely be back xx

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in central location

AlexandraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were delighted to stay in Julie’s spotless, comfortable, lovely place. It was our first stop after we arrived on a night time flight from Canada. We were very tired. We picked up groceries in town and made supper. The kitchen has everything you need. We slept in the beds closest to the front door. The beds were very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful! We wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Julie.

Bright, fresh apartment in the heart of Montrose!

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Really nice accommodation right in the heart of Montrose making morning strolls for breakfast and evenings out for food and drinks a skoosh as everything we needed was about a 5 minute walk. We were in Montrose to play golf and the accommodation was a perfect hub location for us to go away each day to play at Arbroath, Brechin, Edzell and Montrose itself. Accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
