A wonderful studio in an excellent location! The bright and spacious studio is located right next to the Ainola park. A short walk to the center. The apartment has high-quality equipment: e.g. induction cooker, integrated dishwasher, integrated oven, tumble dryer. Apartment has stylish interior & beautiful dishware. There is 160 cm double bed and a third bed as an air mattress. A large glazed balcony with a seating group. 43" smart TV (e.g. Netflix), high-speed internet (200/200).

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

This is easy to get off the highway. This is a good place to stay if you're looking for privacy. This is close to services, but there are no other apartments nearby. Also a great stopover on the way from south to north or vice versa! A big free parking spot and a warm place in the car. Great transportation to Oulu. Downtown Kempele Services 1.8km, Zeppel and Swimming Hall 2km, Railway Station 1.5km, Tivoli 2.9km, Leo's playland and Zemppiareena 2km.
