Bernd is a great host and the apartment is really great and clean - as shown on the pictures. If you are looking for rest in quiet surroundings, this is the place to be. Excursion and sightseeing tips are always happy to come back from von Bernd. We are always happy to come back. We are Go there, enjoy and drive home relaxed, and drive home relaxed.

Meets our expectations, well cared for 4 people, nicely decorated, free parking, smooth communication with hosts and close to the city center.

The Apartment was super spacious. We were 8 people and we just fit in right from the start. The hosts were super responsive for even slightest of queries. The apartment was in pristine condition, 8 people could sleep in comfortably and kitchen was well stocked. Kids loved it, they had a great time. The location of the apartment was perfect. Hildesheim Ost 5 min walk ans Aldi and Edeka supermarkets are next door. Everything was functioning well and in top condition.Beds were well made, spotlessly clean and comfortable to sleep. Towels and toiletries were provided too. Car parking was there and it was easily accessible by car. Many many thanks to the hosts for having us and looking forward to visit again and stay longer next time.

We (2 people and 2 small dogs) used Ramona and Günter's apartment for a little break from everyday life. The apartment is spacious. Neither cleanliness nor amenities gave cause for complaint. There was really everything you could need for a few relaxing days. The furniture was comfortable, the bathroom pleasantly large and the kitchen well equipped. The small, fully fenced garden with a covered terrace rounded off the great accommodation. The beautiful city center and the harbour of Leer invited for extensive walks. We found the communication with Ramona and Günter to be very pleasant. They're super hosts! We really felt very comfortable.

Our stay was great. We were 6 adults with 2 children and 2 big dogs. Check-in was super hassle-free and we were received in a very friendly manner, everything was very clean and the fireplace was already on for us. There was enough space and everything we needed was there. In case of problems, the landlords were always reachable by cellphone.

Thank you so much Filip and Tamara for a wonderful stay. We stayed all week as we were at the Hannover Messe show and it was wonderful to have a homely place to come home to every night. The neighbourhood is fantastic, awesome bakery literally over the road and supermarkets 5 mins walk away. Tamara and Filip were wonderful hosts

We were four people with our two daughters (8 and 9 years) in the accommodation for five nights. Everything was as described. Only finding the place for the first time was a little difficult despite Maike's extra information. But then it worked after a short search. The property is very quiet. Apart from the birds, we didn't hear anyone. There is plenty to do🙂 within about 15 minutes, making the place a good starting point for excursions. Our daughters and we were very satisfied. It all worked out and we can only recommend the place. Thank you!

Our family felt very comfortable from the beginning. Check-in went smoothly, and a code provides easy access to the house. The house is new and has a great garden. Inside, a small gift from the hostess was already waiting for us, which we were very happy about. The amenities are excellent and very modern. Highlights include the gas stove with remote control and the modern kitchen. The kitchen invites you to cook and is fully equipped – we lacked nothing. Daily necessities are also available. The clean bathrooms are spacious and also very well equipped. We enjoyed our vacation very much. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything and for the proactive communication!

Very nice host, also the other residents of the house were very accommodating and quiet. The room was very clean and the associated balcony offered an idyllic view. Can only recommend it!!!

Tanja is a wonderful, very friendly and reliable hostess. If you have any questions, she answers very quickly and the communication was pleasant and straightforward. The apartment on the first floor is really large, all rooms are as described and furnished with a lot of heart and very lovingly. The kitchen offers plenty of space and is equipped with everything you need. We spent a week there as a family, with two children and grandma, and had a really nice, quiet and relaxing time. There is a wide selection of board games and DVDs for kids and the whole family. The beds are also super comfortable, which is not a given, so we all slept wonderfully. We felt at home right from the beginning and there is nothing missing in the apartment. There are lots of information about things to do in the region. When the weather is nice, Dr Garden offers relaxation with push-ups. We will be back!

The stay at the apartment was great! We are also a family with children, and the apartment was just perfect for that. Beautiful, functional furnishings, clean and well maintained, with lots of games, DVDs (which show good taste), and a few children's toys. On top of it, there is the location on the forest (=tranquility) and the simultaneous proximity to the center of the village with great views. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back!

The place is great and highly recommended. The bedrooms are a bit cramped, but otherwise the apartment is very spacious. Everything was neatly well maintained and clean. If you arrive with 2 cars like us, it is very difficult to find a parking spot in the area (for the 2nd vehicle). However, we would absolutely recommend the apartment and would love to come back.
