It is protected by trees on three sides. Heating is possible only in the fireplace. If you want to park at the cottage when there is snow, you need to have a 4x4 car (the cottage is not on the main road).

The full size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay including a nespresso machine, dishwasher and washer/drier. The apartment comes with a designated parking space in the onsite garage.

Spacious 2+1 apartment close to the Klínovec ski resort (500m) with a beautiful view of Klínovec with a terrace. Garage parking, which you will appreciate especially in snow, rain and wind, is shared only by our two apartments. And for bad weather, there is a PS3. The second 2+1 apartment is also for rent - the possibility of accommodation for a total of 11, exceptionally up to 13 people. In case of a number over 6, early reservation and clarification of conditions are required.
