Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

Northern Öland Löttorp-Byrum Cozy bright cottage, low price

The cottage is located on a shared property, which is 5000m2, so the patio you have in front of the cabin is free of transparency. Everything is in the cabin except sheets /bed linen and towels, it takes. There is only running cold water in the cabin - at the sink + sink in another space in the cabin. To shower with hot water + WC you can walk about 75m. This bathroom is shared with others, about 4 people. There is entrance directly to the bathroom,which is located in my house. 2 of the beds are travel beds and 2 consist of a bunk bed.

A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of the island of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and interior Here it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Charming house in the countryside near forest and water!

Idyllic and peaceful country house with animals and wild nature around the corner. Here you are among the farms and forest. Bikes are available for tours on lovely gravel roads to nearby lakes. Rowing boat is available to borrow for fishing. The ocean is within reach. BBQ evenings on the patio and breakfast in the open air. Ten minutes to grocery store and twenty to town for restaurant visits and commerce. Many excursions such as Astrid Lindgren's world, Glasriket, Kalmar, Öland, Gotland and the Blue Virgin Nature Reserve.

Krongård

Krongård was formerly one of the country's royal inns. On this farm, the king and his company could rest, eat and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. However, this was a long time ago. Until 2022, the farm was a dairy farm. Then milk production was discontinued because we had reached retirement age. Our dream has been to have time to renovate this old house and now the renovation is complete with 2 apartments. We hope our guests will feel at home here but still feel like they're away.

Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Close to the beach, cozy cottage in beautiful Bråbygden.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.
