WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

All guest have a dedicated spot in the garden lounge area, beneath the Olive trees and can use terrace chairs and tables that are at the house entrance.
