Accommodation as advertised . I would recommend this place for those who want to be quiet in a comfortable space. Great for kids as well.

An old house, but clean and authentic, in a gigantic wooded park. A peaceful oasis between Angers and Saumur.

Second stay at Natacha's to finish a role-playing game session started in September. Ideal place to meet with (old) friends, looking forward to coming back for the beautiful days and enjoying the terrace :)

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at Cécile's house by the Loire! The house is very nice, tastefully decorated, very clean, the large kitchen is very functional for preparing meals and eating there. The house was well heated. Thanks to Cécile's mom who welcomed us very warmly and showed us around the house. Thanks to Cécile for her responsiveness to messages and advice.

The accommodation matches the photos very well. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, we had a great time there with 17 adults. The welcome is perfect, our hosts were very nice and available.

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, city center very well served (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small nice terrace in good weather. We will definitely return to the beautiful city of Angers and to Philippe's Airbnb if we can.

A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

We stayed one night with Maryvonne and her husband for a family party in the area. The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched the description, impeccable bedding and comfortable bed, the accommodation is simple but the small terrace pleasant, and there was everything we needed. Maryvonne and her husband welcomed us warmly. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely studio, very well arranged and equipped. Although located in the center, it is very quiet, and the mezzanine bed is really original and nice, in the cabin spirit :) We were hosted very well by Julie. Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference.
