Short walk to town with excellent Italian and Indian restaurants and other shops. Easy to contact Host. Nice little cottage

We found the house very easily. It was quirkily decorated with lots of items of interest, inside and out. There were some people building a dustrarena in the backyard the whole time we were there. They were lovely people and did not disturb our stay. In fact they added to our sense of belonging in Winton. The painting of the bedroom ceiling; the decoration of the house in general; the light fittings, the curtains; friendly dogs, clever and innovative use of recycled products throughout the house; interesting and locally relevant literature; were all wonderful features. We had a fabulous time in Winton and in this house. Would recommend it to anybody who is not too precious, up themselves or lacking in humour. Here's hoping it gets through the floods OK. We are looking forward to seeing the new entry on the "Winton Flood Levels".

Beth’s place is lovely, stylish and well appointed. Beth replied to queries promptly and was most accommodating to make our stay seamless. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a visit toWinton.

Spacious, light & airy house with covered outdoor sitting area. Very well equipped for self caterer. Responsive host. Can stay here and get around town centre without a car : - 5 mins walk to well stocked Foodworks - 10 mins walk to central Eagle St w.shops, cafes & pubs - 15 mins walk to train station - departure point for highly recommended tourist train trips Need to BYO hair dryer & shower/bath soap

We were very comfortable staying at Tanya’s place. Fabulously comfortable beds with beautiful linen. We had everything we needed and the heating worked well to warm us on those cold western Queensland mornings and nights.

We travelled as a group of four to Longreach and stayed in Carolyn's house for 5 nights. It was fabulous! Carolyn made us feel very much at home with everything that we could need. The house was extremely clean and tidy with lots of thoughtful touches. I would have no hesitation in recommending Longreach and Carolyn's lovely home for a great holiday.

Cilla’s Open Door was just lovely. It was sparkling clean and spacious and had every amenity we required for our four nights. Probably the most comfortable bed we have experienced in an Air BnB. The location was good, close to the Qantas museums and the Stockman’s Hall of Fame. It was a flat walk into town if feeling energetic. We had the pleasure of meeting Cilla and Robert. We loved staying and would highly recommend it for comfort and excellent value for money.
