The apartment is great. The location is perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants/shops, the only "inconvenience" is that parking is complicated, but Francesco informed us of some paid parkings in advance, so we could look at it in advance. The apartment has just enough and necessary to enjoy the accommodation, perfect for couples or solo travelers.

My family(husband, wife, 2 kids aged 5 and 8) had a wonderful time during our stay. It is not too big but fine for 4 people. Pools are large and there are plenty of sunbeds. It's a few minutes walk to the restaurants and the beach. There are plenty of (beach)towels available. We made beautiful trips to places nearby. If I could give 1 point of attention, a small booklet/leaflet with some advice about good restaurants nearby and fun activities and tips would be a nice plus. There are very big differences in the price and quality of the restaurants nearby and a shame if you step inside the wrong one. We ate a delicious dinner at Valentino and Fernando's within walking distance. And in addition, a good meal at Sol&Luna in Puerto de Mogan. In addition, it is nice to take the ferry to Mogan or Puerto Rico. This costs little and you can get off nearby.

We loved Yazmina’s place. It was clean with amazing views and close to a local shop which had lots of choice. What a perfect stay! We would love to return next year to stay at this apartment again as we loved it so much Thank you also to Mikaela for helping us check in and going above and beyond. Everything was accurately described in the listing Prompt responses to all queries before our trip.Alicia's on site manager, Ake was extremely helpful, even picked us up at the bus stop on our arrival. Would be happy to return again.

Lovely place, well equipped and comfortable in a relaxed and safe feeling family area. It’s a little quiet so better to have a car to get about although the buses are good I understand and you can walk (along a main road) about 10 minutes to supermarkets and a few restaurants in a nice setting nearby. Parking a little tricky but we always found something a few minutes walk away, even over busy weekends. There is everything you need in the apartment and the view with the palm trees, sea and pool is lovely. The pool is very clean and nice. An easy place to relax and base from. The tide on the beach was quite high we were told this is why there wasn’t much sand and more rocks whilst we were there, but it didn’t matter as we went out and had the nice pool also. Antonella was good communicating with us and when we were delayed on arrival getting our car at the airport she made arrangements for our check in with a neighbour.

A gorgeous flat on the beach, with everything you need including a wide view ope. of the sun rise over the sea, and a homely feel. Highly recommend tho do note second bedroom is bunk beds....all beds were extremely comfy in all rooms. If you like a relatively quiet, authentic Canarian area. This is perfect x

We have had the best week! Luca could not have been more helpful, he made our stay 100% perfection, he picked us up and dropped us to the airport we then arrived at the apartment which was stunning! The apartment has everything in it that you could want, there was even beers in the fridge and fruit ready for our arrival. Luca gave us some great recommendations for food / coffee too which we ended up going to multiple times. Thank you Luca for making our week amazing! The best airbnb host we have ever had.

Fantastic weekend! The house is in a great location, in a quiet area near a shopping center and a few minutes' walk from the beach. Katia made us find the place clean and tidy, she was very helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming back

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

We were happy with the place. Michela was quick to respond to messages and was always easy to reach. The location is really great, it's just a three-minute walk to the beach and a maximum of 15 minutes to downtown. Super nice host :) Thank you!

Patricia made us feel right at home. He was waiting for us upon arrival and had prepared some amenities for the family. During the stay, Patricia was always attentive, she even managed to delay the pool work so that the kids could enjoy it throughout the vacation. The bungalow is great, conveniently located next to the pool in a very quiet complex and with easy parking. The sofas on the ground floor are comfortable for sleeping. Massimiliano was literally waiting for us to show and explain us everything. Very friendly . You can reach him all the time if you have questions. The location is very central and close to main spots. He is a carrying host and trying to make your time in the appartement as nice as possible. We liked it very much .

The stay at the place was fantastic. The apartment was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos; the views are incredible from the balcony. Diego was very attentive during our stay in the apartment and was very kind to us. We had a minor incident with the refrigerator during the first night and he showed interest in finding a solution. This apartment is definitely a great choice if you visit Gran Canaria and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

A beautiful apartment! The only issue we had was regarding the parking. We thought parking in the complex would be available, but we had to find public parking, which was a little annoying. Just keep that in mind when you book. Other than that, everything was excellent; she even has beach umbrellas.

The accommodation was amazing. Everything looked just like I saw it in the photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and with an amazing view of the ocean. We also appreciated the pool, which is part of the apartment rental. I haven't met a host like Max in a long time. He is very helpful, he advised us on everything, he was kind and always available when we needed something. As a big bonus, I perceive that he left us in the apartment longer on the day of departure, due to a later flight, without any problem. I felt right at home. Thank you, Max! And we look forward to seeing you next time!

We had a great stay here! So convenient for the Yumbo centre, you could hop in a quick cab to Maspalomas lighthouse/ the beach. Alex and Jorge were amazing hosts- great communication. Really responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much 🙏🥳!

Super happy with my stay at Edwin's! The apartment is ultra clean and quiet as well as the residence too! Edwin is just a great host who is attentive and is also super responsive to a request! In addition, his restaurant is just too good , we eat very well and the welcome is also warm! I recommend this apartment, halfway to the Yumbo and the dunes!
