This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

This place is a hidden gem for nature lovers! The house was perfect for us to be surrounded by nature. And Felipe was so friendly and welcoming. The drive to the house was an adventure with sloping hills that made the experience even better.

Great place to stay. Enough rooms for a family of 6, spacious and the area was really quiet. Has parking space inside the property which is a plus.

Sumamente tranquilo la casa hermosa y en un lugar privado mi esposo y yo la pasamos de maravilla. Ojo la casa queda bien arriba cerquita del yunque es sumamente frio pero agradable y bueno para dormir. Nos toco un fin de semana lluvioso pero en los Kioskos de luquillo se pasa super bien!

This house was a great break from San Juan! We enjoyed taking lots of pictures of endemic birds as there were quite a few lifers for us and even an iguana hanging out in the trees. Host was extremely responsive and stopped by to help us when we needed it. She even sent us pictures of the bathrooms ahead of time so we could determine what kind of mobility equipment to bring. Our kids loved playing in the pool. One end is deep but there were plenty of pool noodles and even a small life jacket. Lots of beach toys to build sand castles, snorkels and fins, chairs, and umbrellas. Beds were comfy and there are AC units in each of the bedrooms. Please note that there isn't hot water but there are heating elements above each of the showers to help make the water warm. House is really breezy when you open all the windows and we loved the coquis at night. If we are ever in Puerto Rico, we will definitely consider staying here again! Amazing place to stay and plenty to do if you want to be close to the city, hosts were very attentive and responsive. Loved the hospitality place is as photos look and the pool was a plus!This is a must book I highly recommend!!

As soon as you open the door, you will be taken back by the breathtaking view in front of you, the studio is perfect. In every way, it has everything you need. The host is very nice and responsible, and even suggested several local places, you can walk around to bars and restaurants. You’re literally on the beach with your own private little section. But 10/10 we will be back.

The place is in an amazing location. Plenty of things to eat. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, activities are all within walking distance. La Placita and old San Juan are only about 10 mins away. The place was spacious and enjoyed the beach chairs. That was considerate along with the washing detergent and other thoughtful things the host provided for our stay. I would certainly stay again.

This property is so beautiful and has so many outdoor activities to do with kids and families. House was spotless. Jesus was a perfect host and very attentive. He also recommended wonderful restaurants and outdoors activities. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you Jesus for a wonderful time.

One of the best spots I’ve stayed. If you’re looking for private, peaceful getaway near everything, this is the place. Coming back definitely.

This place is better than described for sure! All hosts were very attentive and the place was clean and spacious! The view is amazing and one of the best parts is the area! Close to everything!!!

Perfect location for everything and check in/out was so easy! Loved the apartment and the atmosphere, I really felt at home! My questions were answered pretty quickly and I would definitely recommend this stay for first timers in Puerto Rico, it was perfect!

Completed another stay at the nautical dream house (lower floor). For anyone looking for lagoon access and amazing food (just down the street from multiple food options in Los Pinones), then this is the place to stay. Zulma was super communicative, and responded quickly to every question we had. The kayak at the location made nice morning and evening paddles around the lagoon a regular occurrence during our stay. It is a much more authentic Puerto Rico feel than staying in other places like Condado or Isla Verde, and the food is by far superior to those locations. Plus, you avoid the traffic in San Juan when headed to destinations like Fajardo or El Yunque. Will be back to stay again for sure!
