Beautiful location in great area. House is close to the beach. Lots of nature, small villages and tranquility. Recommended to relax or to go out and about. The cottage with two toilet and two bedrooms offers enough space for four people.

The accommodation is very nice. Recommended.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Viviane's. The house is nicely decorated and the top floor is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. The rooms are a good size and match the photos. The backyard is also. Viviane was very responsive and It was very easy to check into. I would highly recommend the home.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Excellent 4-day stay at Guy's superb house, great location and close to shops and restaurants. Many hiking trails around the Ria d'Etel. We enjoyed the terrace which is very well surrounded. Many visits around 20, 25 km away. To be repeated certainly with great pleasure.

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and surroundings are worth a trip and this apartment is highly recommended for it. Thank you so much for having us. We had a perfect stay at Madeleine's with children. The house is beautiful and as described. It is located near the salt marshes which allows you to take nice walks. Madeleine is very responsive and welcoming! I would recommend it!

Very beautiful house, large, well arranged and equipped. All recent constructions in the immediate vicinity spoil the environment. Direct access to hiking trails is a plus. 4 days of beautiful weather allowed us to discover the beautiful region and this dream house

The house is pleasant, neat, well designed and perfectly equipped. The extra advantages, the fireplace, the small courtyard at the back and the perspective from the bedroom on the nautical pool as well as the Ria d 'Etel. We had a great time.

We had a lovely stay with friends at this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. The house is very well-equipped, the bedding is good quality, the view is really beautiful and the beach is accessible directly from the terrace. Great! Valérie who managed our stay is very welcoming and responsive in our exchanges.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment is spacious, excellently equipped, sparkling clean and really leaves nothing to be desired. The quiet location was particularly pleasant – ideal for relaxing and at the same time a perfect base for exploring the impressive Atlantic coast of Brittany. Shopping facilities are a few minutes away, which makes the stay even more uncomplicated. A big praise also to the landlord couple: extremely friendly, helpful and warm – we felt welcome and comfortable from the beginning. A small note for dog owners: The garden is occasionally also used as a driveway, which requires some attention, even if the dogs are on a leash. Overall, however, a wonderful place to stay, which we would love to recommend!
