Luisma was very friendly from the moment we arrived. We had communication from the start. In addition to the house, it is close to the bar, which is also his property. He was always available. By the way, the food is very good at the El Prau restaurant. On the other hand, the house is very spacious and comfortable and although it is close to the bar ...it is a very quiet place. There are very nice places around and it's close to Ribadesella. Thanks Luisma, we'll be back.

The place has a very good location, the house is just like the photos and Carlos has been very pleasant at all times. If you go with children as in our case it is a success, the development has a park and in the house they have toys and books for them. Definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional accommodation with unbeatable service. A very nice house and very well located, where we felt right at home and had a great few days. We will definitely be back again if we have the chance.

We were some friends for a few days on vacation, the house is very good, very quiet village, close to beaches and places to visit. We would definitely go back. With Michelangelo, good communication and facilities. 100% recommended.

Great place, great host

There's not much more to add to my last review. After digesting this dream of apartment, the decision was made directly after 5 days to return here and enjoy an extended vacation. Of course, Rafael has done everything this beautiful place has to offer. His open and very polite manner completes my vacation perfectly. This airbnb is a balm for the soul!

Muchas gracias, Tico! The place is beautiful despite the old building - it has total charm. ☺️ In front of the window you can hear the peaceful sheep and have a great view of the sea. Tico was very communicative and friendly. The journey works well with a campervan, but a larger car does not fit through the narrow streets. We felt very comfortable all around!
