Beachfront vacation rentals in Little Exuma Island

Overall our experience was phenomenal staying with Gota! The view was fantastic! And our host was so very helpful and responsive! We had a wonderful Taxi driver named Douglas. The chef, D‘Andra, cooked the best food on the entire island! The grouper was an A+!! The sea turtle came to visit us several times through out the day too! There is no microwave so make sure groceries can be cooked on the stove. We will definitely be back to Exuma and will definitely be staying with Gota again in the future!

Marisa’s place is just perfect! It has everything you need and it’s a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. Very spacious with a perfect layout. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Recommendation to rent a car if you want to explore different areas in the island. Thank you Marisa for being the perfect host!

The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

Awesome stay on Tar Bay! House was set up perfect with pod style rooms. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Location was perfect, close to airport and stores. Beach was amazing and often secluded. Nemiah was always helpful. Can’t wait to be back!!

We had a very good stay at Charles' house. It is very big with one bedroom windows facing the ocean so you can hear waves at night. Location is convenient, less than 5 min north of the airport. Very secluded and peaceful so you will need a car. It is a great option for families with 2 kids . 1 bedroom has 1 double bed and the other 2 twin beds, TVs in bedrooms and living room. Having more photos may help families decide if the house suites them. This was my first AirBnB booking and Charles made it very easy. Great, prompt communication and he has people locally who will meet you and assist with any issues. Highly recommend!

Stunning location, great people - we ended up staying in the Flamingo house which was amazing. Loved the natural pools and the resort pools. Beach was gorgeous. Views hard to believe. Bar food was great and our waitress Shanelle was awesome. Love Beach was just down the road and very nice also. Snorkeled at the rock pools. Beds are older and decor is dated however space and decks were very nice. Resort food was good however a bit pricey for our budget, found some great takeaways just down the road. Met some really great people - had fun at the resort rum punch party. Drove to the Stella Maris lot at the cape (they also provide a shuttle), cabanas were taken up but the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen! Only negative is I didn’t notice until we arrived that power was extra on top of the nightly price (fine print).

Ein traumhaft schöner Ort zum Entspannen und Sonne und Meer genießen. Das BayInn liegt direkt am schönsten Strand der Insel. 15 Minuten sind es zu Fuß zum Coconut-Beach mit einer riesigen Sandbank. Es ist ein kleines Frühstück inkludiert. In der Cabanna kann man für 8-20$ Burger, Chicken und Conch (unbedingt probieren) essen. Die Gastgeberinnen sind super nett und sehr aufmerksam. Ein kleiner Store mit dem nötigsten ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Das war ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

I have been all over the Caribbean and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best houses I have ever stayed in! The view from the house is breathtaking and February Point is a beautiful community with the nicest staff. Sasha is very responsive and was kind enough to give us an early check in and a late check out. Don’t even hesitate to book this place! You will not be disappointed

Perfect place to stay in Exuma. We loved the location and the house! Right on the water, private community, and very clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The caretaker made everything extremely easy and he was very responsive. The house is in the perfect location, close to Georgetown and close to the beach. It was so peaceful watching the sunrise from the patio in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed.

The villa had a lot of extras - snorkel masks, boogie boards and plenary of towel for the beach and pool. Pool, bar area were great for late afternoon swim and drink watching the sun go down. PlenTy of space in the villa. The dirt road was an adventure to get around the potholes - we were glad we read the reviews and got a small SUV.

Lovely spot on the beach at February Point We liked the location and the restaurant. It’s an easy drive both directions on Great Exuma.

I'm on the plane scrolling through photos already. Beau's place was comfortable, clean, and had everything including the ESSENTIAL Tommy Bahama beach chairs for Jolly Hall beach relaxing. GREAT LOCATION! p.s. pillows - the best sleeps :) p.s.s. Amazing sunrises. Excellent air bnb. Beau as a host is a solid 11/10. So very responsive and always giving the best recommendations. He deserves a gold medal for making our trip amazing! ... and the kids had a blast too.

Cornell is an awesome host! He made sure we felt comfortable, checked in to see if we needed anything, and even brought us fresh coconut water from the tree. He promptly provided extra towels when we asked. The beachfront location is perfect! Highly recommend!

The place is very spacious, comfortable, fresh and peaceful. The hosts were so kind, accommodating and responsive, we can’t thank them enough for all their help, they made our stay in Exuma so easy and stress free. Definitely recommended!

Love staying at Coconut Villa in Rolleville, Exuma. Quiet. clean. close to the beach and Carmen is amazing to keep in touch and helped us with a last minute booking. The place was everything we needed and the bed and pillows are so comfy!! Kitchen. Laundry. Refrigerator. Air conditioning . Bottled water. Must try cabannas cheese burgers and smash close by. I walked on the beach everyday!!! I’m going back for sure. Great for the 2 of us !!

10/10 island life! Our stay at Bowe Cay was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect family escape to unwind and reconnect. The island is just the right blend of comfort and untouched natural beauty—completely private, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning waters. The main house and bungalows were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot showers, and Wifi all while maintaining a cozy island feel. Ryan was fantastic to communicate with before our trip. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. One of the highlights of our experience was Sam, our boat driver and guide. He was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge that made our time on the island even more special. He helped us get oriented, pointed out the best spots to explore, and made the boat rides feel like part of the adventure. Having access to the kayaks made island exploring even more fantastic! Thanks for hosting us Ryan, can't wait to come back!

This is probably my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, amazing views and a great host. If you’re looking to plan a trip to Exuma I 100% recommend this spot. The grocery store is a one minute drive away with lots of private waterfront on beautiful blue water. I will 100% be coming back this spot is amazing

We spent 3 short days at The Cedar Beach House and it was simply amazing. From the host helpfulness, to the home being so beautiful, I slept in the master. After a long day of travel the bed was ama,ing, I slept like a baby. The home was clean and provided everything we neeced to cook for ourselves. So happy we chose this airbnb. The value of what we received during this whole experience thank you 'Suga' the host. He doesn't says he is a concierge but he is accommodating and his level of services rises to that. I had family staying in a different airbnb that had concierge services and lets just say Suga blew them out the park. I am incredibly greatful to the host 'Suga' my dad arrived early not only did he pick him up he granted him access to the space early and I'm so thankful because our flight was delayed so many times. I am looking forward to returning and this will be were I am staying on future trips to Exuma!

Reginald war ein super Gastgeber und stand uns jederzeit für Hilfe zur Verfügung. Seine Tipps bezüglich Einkaufen, Stränden und Mietwagen waren Gold wert. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr gemütlich. Uns ging es bei Reginald sehr gut und wir würden jedem das Cottage empfehlen. Falls wir jemals wieder nach Exuma kommen sollten, dann wissen wir, an wen wir uns wenden müssen☺️🫶

We enjoy our stay here. The house is big and clean. Shana responded our questions quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t find a rental car from online before the trip, and Shana helped us solve the problem. We recommend this place, and we’ll definitely come back.
