We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Clean, tidy place. Although not so big in size, it was quite enough for our family of five. All the amenities of the house are present — washing machine, large refrigerator, oven stove, air conditioning, a large number of dishes. Recommended !!!

Alexandre communicated in advance and during our stay. Welcomed us upon arrival, gave tour and clear instructions. Cottage was the ideal place for respite, walking distance to beach, ocean and nearby resort. Pool and outdoor charcoal oven made for lovely evenings.

We had a wonderful stay at the end of April, the apartment matches the photos, very bright, very well decorated and functional. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, ideal for breakfast or apero facing the sea. Finally, the place is idyllic, the small beach just downstairs from the apartment is superb. We were able to visit the island by car, everything is easy to access. I hope we get to come back and I highly recommend this apartment. The welcome from the owners was very warm, with wine and sweets upon arrival. Thank you

This wonderful secret hide-away on this gorgeous island has all you could hope for for the perfect getaway. Bright, airy and spotlessly clean, the villa is wonderful. The pool is refreshing and perfectly maintained and just a few moments away lie two pristine beaches. Aimilia is the perfect host: very kind and has thought of everything. All amazing!

if you are looking for a nice spacious and especially clean apartment, this is the place for you! host always responds within 10 minutes. place rages every 2 days cleaned and provided with clean linens. walking distance (5 ') from the beach

The host was fantastic! He personally showed us everything. The place has everything you need, including a hairdryer. It’s easy to find, easy to park, and has an amazing peaceful atmosphere. It’s also conveniently close to beautiful, quiet beaches and nice local cafes and restaurants. A great option if you want to explore the southern part of Corfu.

This house was serene, rustic and lovely. A real get-away and yet just a 10-15 minute walk to the small village of Magazia with good restaurants and a small market. Highly recommend renting a car -- we feel like it was necessary for this location. Loved our stay here!
