Welcome to stay in our charming "Art and Flowers" apartment in the heart of Liepāja city. The apartment is located in a historic red brick building built 1905. The apartment recently has been completely renovated. We are proud to have the status of the architectural monument. Only 500 meters from beach and seaside park. Twice around a corner is Square of Roses (Rožu Laukums). Nearby by walking distance are nice restaurants and culture objects such as concert hall, theater, museum etc.

An open living area features modern furnishings and a neutral color palette. A dining table with chairs is positioned near the kitchenette. A stylish light fixture hangs from the ceiling, while a television is mounted on the wall, adding functionality to the space.

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.

The kitchen features a wooden countertop with a modern sink and an electric kettle. A selection of kitchen utensils and a coffee maker are neatly arranged. The wall is painted a warm brown, and light fixtures provide soft illumination, creating a functional and inviting workspace.
