Large house as described with a beautiful terrace and ideally located a few meters from the sea and not far from the center of the village.

Cathy, we were very well received. She gave us useful information as soon as we arrived. She remained available when needed. The accommodation offers a plethora of useful equipment for barbecue, coffee and other. The spas were clean and functional. I recommend the house. There were 8 of us with 3 small children. PS: The garden is beautiful

We stayed here as a family (3 year old and 4 month baby)- everything you could need. Very clean, top appliances and facilities. Great coffee machine and cold filtered water with ice from machine (fridge). Supermarket, bakery and restaurant a 10 minute walk (if that?). Very quiet area. 15 mins to La Rochelle by car. The host was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Felt very at home, the kitchen incredibly well equipped and great bbq. Lovely outdoor space with plenty of shade if you need it. Sunbeds very comfortable. Although no air con the villa has plug in fans should you need it. Very modern villa with electric shutters in every room keeping it generally cool. Would highly recommend!!

Celine’s house was lovely and extremely well located. The lovely restaurants of La Flotte and the local market were a short walk, and we loved biking around the island. The house itself is gorgeous. We will definitely return!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is as described, nothing to report! The only downside: the top bunk beds squeak a lot when you move at night.

We had a perfect week at Laëtitia's accommodation, nothing is missing and the decoration is great, you immediately feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable, the ideal location to discover the region by bike, numerous trails and bike paths nearby. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors in an intimate setting and nice garden furniture. We highly recommend this place for its great value and very good communication with the host.

We had a lovely stay at Jorgio's, who is a welcoming, warm host, concerned about our well-being. The accommodation is well located close to the city center and the Île de Ré, in line with the photos and description. The rooms are quiet with comfortable bedding.

Audrey is such a kind and helpful host. Her house is beautifully decorated and in a great location for driving into La Rochelle or over to Ile de Ré. There are also local amenities in Lagord, including a lovely boulangerie within walking distance. This is the second time we have stayed at Audrey’s place and would recommend it - especially the bonus cuddles with Misty the resident cat!

A perfect little house away from the noise. Insane view, gorgeous lighting, and nothing complicated. You can go anywhere with a bike. Great for kids - beach toys, hight chair, nothing dangerous. Little bunnies outside in the morning, beautiful patio. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant family weekend and our three children loved their room! The space was spotless and functional. We appreciated Sophie and Frédéric's responsiveness and flexibility. Ideas for outings were suggested to us, but as we were on the island for a wedding, we didn't have time to enjoy them. We will therefore have to come back, and we will not hesitate to return to Sophie and Frédéric's.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city center and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small inner courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible on departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

A very nice stone house, pleasant to live in and very well-equipped. A very nice outdoor space and the best: possibility to park your car inside... which is a real plus because there is paid parking outside. The interior of the house matches the photos and it feels like home. Only regret: not staying longer to enjoy the garden. Big advantage of the house: its location, in a quiet area and close to the city center. La Rochelle market 15 minutes max and 25 minutes from the port of La Rochelle. You can get everywhere on foot.

Colorful, warm house, very pleasant both indoors and out with the garden. Very clean and functional especially with private bathrooms in every room. Alexandra was always available and responsive in our exchanges, with good advice (local places, etc.) and accommodating. Small welcome gifts were waiting for us! The nearby airport was not a nuisance (very reasonable traffic) Note that the spiral staircase (which was OK for our 6-year-old) must require increased supervision for little ones.

This was a beautiful place to stay after visiting lots of places in and around La Rochelle. Really peaceful and cool after a hot day at the beach. We loved that it wasn't too close to the centre, everything was a short drive away. We highly recommend this accommodation, you will not be disappointed and our host was really fantastic and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

A peaceful place, remarkably well located both for going to the center and as a starting point for going to the beach / beautiful marsh. Functional equipment. Everything is there and operational. The preparation for our arrival and the welcome by Laetitia was great. The house was very nice, charming and very clean. We could do anything on foot leaving our car in a free parking lot 10 minutes away. Bike rental 20 meters away as well as a grocery store. The conditions were ideal to have a pleasant stay and discover this wonderful island with peace of mind. The sun was at the rendezvous and made us want to come back for a longer stay. Beautiful stay in La Flotte. Stunning view of the sea, comfortable bedrooms, good showers and water temperature, fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and would love to come again!
