Beautiful and large apartment in a fully renovated farmhouse located in a pretty little village near the famous vineyards (Condrieu, Côte Rôtie, Croze Hermitage and Saint Joseph). This apartment is decorated with a lot of character and is located within a gated property with a large park. There is a nice private terrace facing south. Carpark included for one car It is therefore an ideal place for those who want to go green and seek calm.

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

A pleasant discovery, magnificent accommodation, isolated place but easily accessible, superb view, quiet and above all the accommodation is beautifully decorated with all the objects brought back from the trips of our hotel. We had a nice welcome, Patrick is very friendly. This cottage is one of our favorites.

We have been to Laurent's great house for the second time and it was just as great as the first visit last year. The communication with Laurent is totally straightforward and really very nice. The location is just perfect, great views and very quiet. The house with a large garden and sensational pool are simply great. Thank you Laurent! Always happy to come back.

Short family stay with teenagers and grandparents in an impeccable country house, very well maintained, nestled in the heart of a haven of peace and greenery. The house and exteriors are very well equipped, there is enough to occupy young and old. Paul informed us very well in advance of our arrival, and Charlene welcomed us very kindly and efficiently. A great hat to Paul for this beautiful house and congratulations to Charlene for the maintenance of the exteriors. We had a great time

A small home in the countryside, in an ideal setting to recharge your batteries. A few meters away, an unexpected view of the Alps. The accommodation has everything you need and is very clean. We didn't see each other but communication with Gwénaëlle was great. I recommend this rental!
