Vacation rentals with a patio in Lepetani

L’appartamento era esattamente come indicato nelle foto! Natasa ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie per aiutarci nell’arrivo, e una volta arrivati abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare la nostra macchina. La casa era fornita di tutto quello che potesse essere utile (caffè, te, bevande fresche di benvenuto, sapone per lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagnodoccia…). Quello che più ci è piaciuto è stata senz’ombra di dubbio la vista dalla terrazza, probabilmente la più bella che abbiamo visto a Kotor

We had a really nice stay, we got ill but even that made the place better. It was really nice to stay in for some days and recover. Thanks for the stay it was really lovely.

Perfect little apartment. Compact and everything one could need was there. One of the few apartments with a washer/dryer - very important if you’ve been on the road for a while. Nespresso machine with some pods provided was a bonus. Definitely recommend it.

Heel fijn ruim appartement gelegen aan een van de rustigere gedeeltes van de baai van Kotor. In alles voorzien: zeer volledig ingerichte keuken, super douche, wasmachine etc etc. Terras is ook fijn, de vorige gasten hadden jammer genoeg de kussens van het tuinmeubilair in de regen laten liggen maar daar kan Marina niks aan doen. Je kan een paadje aflopen naar de baai (1 minuut lopen) en daar kan je ook zwemmen, met prachtig uitzicht (voor zover er geen cruiseschip in de weg ligt) Prima verblijf!

We loved our stay at Marija's place! Absolutely beautiful accomodation, with a great kitchen set up with everything we needed including a little stove! The view of the surroundings mountains and lake was just divine and we loved using the outdoor areas! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend! Lots of lovely restaurants to walk to along the lake too (:

Mitra’s place was exceptional—easily our favourite stay of the entire trip, and honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever experienced. The apartment feels new, modern, and impeccably clean. It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, and the view from the balcony is beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The location is peaceful and scenic, with a lovely 45–50 minute walk along the coastal path into the Old Town. There are a couple of small local shops nearby for basic groceries, which was convenient. We didn’t get a chance to try any local restaurants, but the area had a charming, quiet feel. We did try some paddle boarding quite close to the apartment which was great. Special thanks to Selen, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Her communication was warm and prompt, and she made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this stay!

The host was really, really nice, and the view was amazing—we had a beautiful view of the sunset. The pool was great, and we enjoyed a nice BBQ with friends. The living area is also nice, but the ceiling in the bed area is quite low, making it a bit tricky to move around.

Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser frisch renovierten und modernen Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s the most picturesque location, I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life as staying here. Everything is better than described. Snijezana and Mato couldn’t do enough for us. Made us feel so welcome, and then when inside, felt like it was only us in the area. Will definitely be returning. Beautiful!

The house was beautiful and we loved chilling outside at the pool. Beds were really good and we slept so well. And the views were so gorgeous!!!

We've been to a few places around the world, but this accommodation had one of the best vibe. From the terrace, you can see the Adriatic-sea and the mountain almost right behind the house. The house is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms, which is very parctical, when you are with friends. The host always answered quickly, was helpful and flexible and gave us useful tips. You can find a seafood restaurant within a 3-minute walk and plenty of restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Budva is close to the accommodation by car, you can find everything you need.

İlk defa yurtdışına çıkan 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak; evin konumu gayet güzeldi. Özel park yeri olduğu için kafamız rahattı. Kotor old citye araba ile gittik. Girişte bir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi hanımefendi sorduğumuz her soruya hızlıca cevap verdi. Genel olarak gayet memnun kaldık

It’s my second time there, great again!

Excellent! A very nicely appointed and charming clean place, very recently renovated. Very comfortable sofas and living room. Great location in old Town, and good air conditioning units as well as cross ventilation on living room floor. Super host! A little loud at night with the festive old town foot traffic and the historic church bells ringing right outside, but that was the only negative we could find. Loved our stay.

Odličan domaćin, vrlo ljubazan i spreman na dogovor. Apartman je izuzetno čist i lepo održavan.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist bezaubernd. Generell haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die Schnelligkeit des WIFIs könnte verbessert werden

Gute Unterkunft für guten Preis. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!

Lovely place! It was our first time in Montenegro and we couldn’t find a better place to say. Nikola is very reactive, we even had a welcome champagne and chocolate. The place really look like the pictures. Nice view on mountains and the sea, we loved it. The neighborhood is really calm, a lot of cats outside tho (perfect place for cat lovers !) The place is actually located in Dobrota, we booked a car for the week so we could join the center of kotor very fast (10 min). It is was a perfect stay, definitely coming back !! Love Montenegro 😘

Myself and my husband had the most incredible stay in Montenegro - we were blown away by its beauty! Nikola’s Airbnb is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, whilst still being super close to busier local areas to explore. We cannot thank him and his lovely grandmother enough! They both made our stay extra special with the little extra touches and abundance of recommendations! Would absolutely recommend as the perfect base for exploring Kotor and beyond!

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again
