Excelente ubicación, a minutos del metro y el tren lo cual te permite conocer la ciudad de forma fácil. Los anfitriones muy amables y al pendiente de los huéspedes, sin duda volvería.

Vielen lieben Dank . Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft . Man kam sehr schnell in die Stadt mit der Bahn und diese war auch super zu erreichen ( 8 min Fußweg. Wenn man Fragen hatte wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet und Ramon war immer hilfsbereit . Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen .

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und entspannt. Wenn man mehr Action haben wollte, war dies gut fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es reichlich und haben alles bekommen, was wir brauchten. Die Kinder und wir haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Sofern man Lust auf Sightseeing hatte, waren Valencia und Alicante mit dem Auto in gut einer Stunde erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub.

A lovely place to stay with a very friendly, responsive host. The house was beautiful and suited our needs perfecty. Each room had an ensuite and air conditioning which made our stay comfortable. The house was a 20 minute drive from Madrid city centre but Uber rides were readily available. However, it was approximately 20 euros per trip. The outdoor space was very private and was the real selling point of the house. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de María Elena fue excelente! La ubicación es inmejorable, con una breve caminata estás frente a la Puerta de Alcalá, a la Fuente de la Cibeles o en pleno barrio de Salamanca... El departamento es acogedor e ideal para dos personas. María Elena se mostró siempre muy atenta y servicial. Muy recomendable!!!

Sergio es un anfitrión sumamente atento, el piso está inmejorable. Lo mejor de este piso es su ubicación, a 20-30 minutos tienes sol, plaza mayor, gran vía etc. Sin duda, ir a esta vivienda porque a nivel de piso es un 10 y su localización de 10.

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

El departamento es muy cómodo, nos encantó la ubicacion porque tiene la estación del metro cerca, la parada del bus a menos de una cuadra, hay opciones de restaurantes de comida internacional muy cerca y tambien tiendas de verduras y comestibles...el departamento cuenta con los servicios necesarios y es muy cómodo, muy recomendado.

je recommande ce logement à Madrid: propre et facile d'accès et le propriétaire est très serviable, près de tous les besoins quotidiens (Market, restaurant...) et facile d'accès au centre-ville Grand Via juste 5 min de Metro.

Had a really nice stay in this apartment - it’s very spacious and we had everything we needed for the stay. It’s located in nice area next to park and transport.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona ricca di locali, tabernas e negozi. C’è un supermercato Mercadona proprio di fronte e per prodotti di più alta fascia, un negozio di vini e specialità alimentari spagnole ed italiane molto ben fornito a pochi metri. Eravamo in 5 e lo spazio interno è adeguato, le camere corrispondono alle foto pubblicate. Wi-Fi a 300/400 Mbps e TV Smart di ultima generazione.

Victor was great his place was very central and walkable in Madrid. The only thing to note is the place can be fairly noisy due to a lack of sound proofing but he provided earplugs as a courtesy which was fantastic!
