Villa vacation rentals in Lefkada

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Fantastic villa, in close driving range to supermarkets and a beautiful view to go with it. The hosts are very helpful and we would most definitely recommend this villa for as a perfect location in lefkada!!

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

We liked Karma Villa a lot it was very peaceful. Its located in a quiet little village. In the morning you hear the dogs and the goats. And the neighborhood cats are happy to visit you in the garden. It’s close to all the sights of the north and there are many simple and more high end restaurants within a 10m drive. Inside its new, spacious with a fresh look. The kitchen has everything you need for a short holiday. The garden with the pool is nice with good loungers and a good size dining table. The upstairs balcony has a lovely view of the ocean (although a good distance away). The communication with Spiros was good and he was always fast to respond and assist with anything. We had a minor issue on arrival and this was handled within 30min with apologies. We would definitely rent through Spiros again. Tip: We rented a boat for the day at Regina’s in Fiskardo which we found one of the highlights of our trip.

We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

The best villa we’ve ever stayed at! The photos don’t do it justice - the view is mesmerizing, the pool was the best to chill in the afternoon and evening. It’s quite private - no villas around it. Because of that you’ll need a car to get anywhere, but that’s true for most of Lefkada. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom l. All was as described. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor isn’t as good as the rest - the room itself is just as good but it doesn’t have any view and has smaller windows (this was clear from the listing). Our concierge Eva was outstanding - very helpful, friendly and always responded right away. She sent us local recommendations and helped us with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful and well appointed villa. Stunning views, photos don’t do it justice. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Welcome basket on arrival. Enjoyed having a regular cleaning service. Pool beautifully clean and exceptional poolside furniture. 10 minutes drive from the bay and it’s shops and restaurants. Erez was a superb host. Exceptionally responsive. small issue with the water on occasion, which was quickly rectified. Only other issue was the road up to the villa is steep and would recommend a sturdy car.

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa that we extended our stay. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is pristine and inviting. Thalia is a great host who greeted us warmly and provided us with wonderful local recommendations. If you get a chance, book this villa!

Really nice villa in a great location, just over an hour from the airport. It’s a 5 min drive from the villa to Sivota - a lovely harbour with plenty of restaurants - including a couple that did vegan options!! There are a few Boutique shops and a Pharmacy too. It’s a 20 minute walk down if you want to have a drink. Pool is v nice and you can swim in the sea as there is a private path down to the rocks at the bottom, but it is steep In places! Caution needed. There was a very sweet pebble beach further on (20 min walk) also a bit of a scramble, but lovely. Ram is a very good host, he sent us so much useful information and came back very quickly to any questions we had. The villa has a lovely view over the Bay - everything very nicely done inside and very clean. Management Company was also very reliable with advice and costings for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. Would happily go back. Just the break we needed.

Amazing house with nice garden, roofed bbq area and small private beach. Equiped with everything you need. Everything is clean and as described. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket and really nice fish taverna reachable in about 10 minutes by foot. Dimitrios and his parents really are amazing hosts. They were very helpful in every way and even prepared food for us. Very hopitable without ever being intrusive. I can absolutely recommend this place as for me that was the best airbnb experience I have had so far to be honest.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Antionio's place. This stay truly deserves a 10/10 rating. From the moment I booked, communication with Antonio was seamless. He provided all the necessary information and upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour of the property, which was exactly as described-if not better. One of the highlights was the location, but, I would recommend to rent a car. The house was only a 10min drive to Lefkada and 3min drive to the nearest supermarket and beach. Whether you're looking to explore the island or enjoy a quiet night in, the house and location is perfect. Antonio's hospitality --> truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, offering excellent recommendations (our favourite was the local greek restaurant in Katouna-the perfect greek food experience) and being available for any questions or assistance throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you Antonio!!!!

We booked this beautiful villa with fantastic views as a group of 6 (3 couples). The villa(s) felt brand new kitted out with high quality furniture. Comes with all amenities and all linens are provided including both shower and pool towels. 5 minute drive down into the village of Agios Nikitas (about 25 minute walk down hill, longer uphill). Would recommend hiring a car as the walk would be difficult in the heat. Villa is split in half, top half sleeps 4. Would consider this to be the main apartment. And directly below sleeps an additional 2, in their own private basement apartment with their own living space, toilet and kitchen. Can only access from the outside with a seperate key. Perfect for those who would like a little privacy from the rest of the group. Nikolas and Minas were both fantastic hosts, very helpful and accommodating both prior and during our stay. Would highly recommended this villa for your trip. We look forward to returning next summer!

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

Wir waren rundrum zufrieden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Ein früherer Checkin war ohne Probleme möglich. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Villa nur über eine sehr steile Straße erreichbar ist, daher muss bei Anmietung eines Mietwagens unbedingt auf eine Motorisierung geachtet werden.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

très agréable maison, nous étions 2 couples avec ados et chacun avait son espace, la vue est magnifique. Juste 2 petites améliorations à prévoir la route d'accès et les salles de bains

Die Unterkunft hat absolut fünf Sterne verdient! Die Villa ist wunderschön und war sehr sauber. Der riesige Vorplatz mit dem Pool und den verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten sind unschlagbar! Besser geht es nicht. Die Aussicht ist absolut traumhaft und auch im Haus war es sehr gemütlich mit einer sehr guten, leisen Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es hat auch drei tolle Tavernen in Laufnähe. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Mila und Niko. Sie waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und gut erreichbar. Sie besorgten sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen für unseren Sohn! Wir fühlten uns durch ihre Freundlichkeit sehr wohl. Einzig die vielen Insekten (Wespen, Bienen, Hornissen, Hummeln), welche an heissen Tagen gerne Poolwasser trinken und ständig auf Bodennähe herumfliegen, sind für Allergiker nicht zu unterschätzen. Ein gutes Auto ist zudem zwingend notwendig. An heissen Tagen ist der Weg an die Strände zu Fuss nicht machbar und auch sonst sehr lang und/oder steil

Nadia was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with and the check in and out process was very easy. The place was incredible and everything was spotless. I would highly recommend this place an o hope to return soon.

Die Villa war super schön und Simone immer erreichbar. Die Villa ist zwar etwas versteckt, aber genau das hat uns einen wunderschönen Ausblick beschert auf die Stadt bzw. die Bucht in Nydri. Die Stadt ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, wir haben uns auch ein paar Mal getraut den Weg zu Fuß zu gehen (ca. 1 Stunde vom Strand ans Haus). Der Pool und Patio zeigt Richtung Bäume und Ausblick, weshalb man sich sehr Privat fühlt und auch gerne viel Zeit draußen verbringt (wir haben oft und gerne draußen gegrillt, gegessen und auch gefrühstückt). Die Zimmer, die Bäder und auch die vorhandene Ausstattung war perfekt. Es waren auch Sonnenschirme da, Strandtücher, Einkaufstaschen und ein Volleyball da damit wir auch für außerhalb der Unterkunft gut gewappnet waren. Alles in allem hat uns die Unterkunft einen super Familien-Urlaub ermöglicht. Danke dafür!
