A cozy and bright apartment with use of garden and private entrance. Easily accessible from highway. Swimming pool, tennis and golf courses, ice rink, theater, prehistoric village, mini golf course and parks within walking distance. Shops and eateries (supermarket, Chinese, snack bar, pizzeria, kebab, sushi) within a radius of 150 meters and 20 minutes walk to the center of Eindhoven. Free parking. Bicycles can also be stored inside. They are also available for rent.

This fabulous and stylish 4 bedroom villa with private pool is located near the city centre of Eindhoven. The pool is open from April until September and closed from October until March. The pool has a special cover that heats up the water by the sun, it is not an electric heated pool. With all facilities needed it's the ideal accommodation for families and business travellers looking for temporary housing in The Netherlands. The guest suite is located in the backyard of our plot, and can be reached via a side gate of our house. The studio has 2 single beds (80-200) and a cozy seating area with 2 chairs. TV available. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. In front of the Guesthouse, you have a small outdoor terrace with 2 seats.
