Super schön gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Ausreichend Platz für alle Personen und eine Küche in der man alles zubereiten konnte. Luis hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert - wir haben eigens ein Babybett und Babystuhl bekommen und auch sonst würde versucht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Luis war immer herzlich und hat uns beim Check-in alles persönlich erklärt und gezeigt. Wir haben extra waschmittel für die Spülmaschine bekommen. Die Lage ist toll und bietet Gelegenheit für viele Unternehmungen in der Gegend an.

Bereits im Vorfeld verlief die Kommunikation sehr angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert. So war dann auch die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist an guter Lage, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Man hat Bus, Metro und auch das Tram in Gehdistanz. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt, auch einen längeren, benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr sauber. Absolutes Highlight ist die grosse Terrasse mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über fast die ganze Stadt. Wenn man etwas kritisieren möchte, dann am ehesten das etwas schwache Internet. Es wäre gut, wenn es überall in der Wohnung und auch auf der Terrasse gleich stabil funktionieren würde.

El alojamiento ha sido fantástico. Está nuevo y en una zona peatonal con muchos bares y buen ambiente. Eso también conlleva que por la noche y sobre todo en fin de semana se escuche algo de ruido de la calle. Nada que un día de cansancio y cerrar las ventanas no solucione para dormir genial. Lina muy agradable y las instrucciones fueron sencillas. Las fotos son lo que es, no hay sorpresas. Hemos estado 4 noches y fantástico. De lo mejor calidad precio que hay. Además está muy cerca del metro de Erandio. También hay mucho espacio para aparcar alrededor aunque depende el día puede ser más o menos complicado, pero como mucho a 5 min del apartamento. En general todo muy bien, nada que objetar ni a mejorar. Gracias!

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Mario et Françoise, où j'ai pu accueillir 9 amies pour fêter mes 30 ans. La terrasse et le salon sont très agréables pour des temps de convivialité. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables. Maryse qui habite au RDC et qui gère le logement est très gentille et accueillante. La localisation permet d'être au calme et proche de la mer. C'était vraiment parfait pour notre séjour. Un grand merci !

A super nice house in a beautiful environment, a lot of activities to do at the house (pool, volley ball, ping pong, basket ball, etc.), the beach is not far if you want to swim in the ocean, and Bilbao is 20 minutes with taxi / uber which is perfect if you look for culture and great night bars. Our large group of friends really enjoyed our stay !
