Perfect, next to the beach, comfortable and clean.

Listing as described. Lovely host and friendly exchange. Quiet residence. Positive point for the parking space. Only small downside, we rented in March and it was quite cool in the accommodation.

We felt very comfortable. We visited a relative living in Zarautz e WE and will certainly come back. If possible, we would love to rent Teresa's great apartment again. Thanks!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gem of an Airbnb in San Sebastián/Donostia! The location could not have been more perfect—nestled right where the Urumea River meets the Bay of Biscay, it offered a spectacular panoramic view of Zurriola Beach and Mount Ulia. The apartment itself was very quiet and beautifully renovated, blending modern design with state of the art appliances. With three balconies overlooking the mesmerizing river and sweeping sea views, we found ourselves constantly drawn outside just to take it all in. It was peaceful, inspiring, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. This was one of our most memorable stays—San Sebastián's intrinsic beauty, food, and culture were right at the doorstep of a terrific apartment. We highly, highly recommend this accommodation and a superb host.

Everything excellent, the apartment as described. Clean and accessible to points of attraction. Minutes from La Concha. Maddi even I leave us 1 more hour for checkout. If I came back to San Sebastian, I would definitely do it again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very spacious with excellent facilities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We loved the area: the beach in Hendaye is brilliant (enormous!) and being able to flit from France to Spain via the half-hourly shuttle ferry was a real treat. Lots to do, very relaxing and the area around the flat has eveything you need. Merci Thierry et Pascale!

Wonderful apartment with spectacular ocean views and very close to downtown San Sebastián, in the neighborhood where it is located, it is full of amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.), with a great surfer atmosphere, it is fully equipped with everything you might need.- Miguel and Cruzi welcome you with great familiarity and are charming, they advise you on everything you need (how and where to park the vehicle, places to visit and places to eat (cider houses, pintxos, menus).- We recommend it 100x100.-

This little house is perfect: functional, clean, well-decorated, warm and extremely well placed in Biarritz. We enjoyed being both quiet in an unspoiled neighborhood and very close to downtown and the beach. All in a home away from home with a cozy and green exterior. Communication with Denis was smooth and pleasant, everything was done for our convenience and comfort. A cocoon where we'll come back!

Perfect stay in the heart of San Sebastian. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated, and ideally located: at the foot of the old town and a 5-minute walk to both beaches. Carlos was extremely attentive throughout our stay. It felt like a home away from home.

Ideal house for a small family. It's all there. Only thing to consider: it's hard not to do everything by car but everything is close.

Jèrèmy was a fantastic host. He was proactive, accommodating, and very friendly. He and his family live next door and came by to help us when we had questions. The residence is phenomenal. Excellent location in a very walkable area. I would recommend others to stay here. I would love to return!

Everything was beautiful. The house is great, even better than the pictures, I would say. Quiet place, very comfortable beds, the Jardin un gozada con solete and the closed kitchen for breakfast. Armando super friendly and attentive to our comfort. Very nice and grateful.

Recommended accommodation. Very well-kept house, very clean and very well prepared. perfect to enjoy a good period of time and rest and enjoy the area. The hosts are always attentive and have many recommendations. We will definitely be back

Great stay in this place for the new year! Incredible view and good location 20 minutes from the old center of Biarritz and with many small shops downstairs. Not to mention the parking, very convenient.

Very functional apartment in a good location. Thanks to Marie-Ange who was very responsive and super nice! Do it again no problem!

We stayed here for 4 nights with our 11-month old daughter. Marie had a travel cot which worked perfectly for us. The location is right on the main beach, making the whole of Biarritz completely walkable. The central location made coming back for naps very convenient. There are a host of restaurants/bakeries/shops around 5 mins walk away so you pick up anything you might need. I would highly recommend Marie’s apartment and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

Very well located accommodation, small well-maintained condominium. The apartment is great with all the comforts, south-facing terrace. No complaints, I recommend it.
