Townhome vacation rentals in Le Barcarès

Very nice property with a great view of the town and the sea. An easy walk to the town and beach but there are a lot of steps. Very pretty little streets. We were made very welcome and Nicolas made communicating very simple. Didn't really want to leave! We will hopefully be back one day. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Passing through for a wedding, the place Alexandre offers is just great, clean, well-equipped etc. as described. The host is very welcoming and very friendly. Everything is within walking distance, beach, grocery store, bakery, restaurant and many others Thank you for this pleasant stay

Perfect apartment for 2 couples as it’s so ideally placed in the town. It had everything we needed and made a very enjoyable 5 day stay back to the town which has so many great family memories for us .

Very nice accommodation with its patio on the ground floor and small terrace upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood and 300 m from the city center with all the shops nearby. A rental to recommend without a second thought.

The terrace is unfortunately not up to the rest of the service, no maintenance carried out (curled slats, outdated garden furniture). That didn't stop us from having a great stay here. It is a shame that there are no independent toilets and it would be good to warn that one of the bedrooms is at the garage level (which must be crossed to turn it off), without a window (with one then light). It is still very well furnished and very functional with a large bathroom and its toilets. It would also be nice to be clear about the end-of-stay cleaning. The house has 3 levels, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and that's totally awesome and completely essential! The house is modern, well decorated, very pleasant to live in.

The owner is very responsive. In a cordial exchange by message, he clearly and precisely indicates the terms of taking possession of the rental. The welcome on site is flexible according to our schedules, with great kindness and simplicity. Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly and in a good mood. The location of the listing is beautiful: in the middle of vegetation with a splendid view of Banyuls Bay and Cap Béar. Located in a private and secure property, the accommodation is impeccably clean, and decorated with care and taste. The equipment does not suffer the slightest criticism: there is everything you need and more. A small and very pleasant surprise to savor was waiting for us in the cool. Really great. The ultimate.

A beautiful apartment perched at the top of the village, magnificent views of the mountain and the Mediterranean, a good starting point for hikes. We would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is ideally located in the center of Peyriac-de-Mer within walking distance of everything you may need: the bakery, bars or restaurants and especially multiple walks via the pontoons to the ridges or the lake towers observing the pink flamingos. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The place is spacious and it's really nice to stay there.

Friendly welcome. Parking closeby. Located not far from the Sigean reserve, Collioure and Gruissan. Pleasant setting. House with charm.

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

We had an amazing stay at Karine's in Collioure: spacious house, very nice garden, mezzanine/games room very popular with children, ... all in a very nice neighborhood, very close to Port d 'Avall beach. We came by train and stayed in Collioure for a week, we didn't miss the car at all as there are nice things to do in direct proximity (hikes, beaches, discoveries of alleys, boat rental, ...) It was really perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Jacques's, his house is tastefully restored and it's a good place to stay! Communication is quick and Michael's welcome was very warm, I highly recommend this place where we had a very pleasant stay!

Our stay at Naida's at Casa Carmina was amazing. We came for a wedding in the area and spent the weekend as a group in this magnificent home. The house is large, extremely well-equipped and warm - decorated entirely with paintings by Carmina, who is just as sunny and very friendly (we regret not being able to visit her gallery). A multitude of activities are available to us in this house: swimming pool, ping pong, billiards, petanque, foosball, and even a piano, what more could you dream of! I also want to acknowledge Naida's exceptional welcome, from the time of booking the house by message but even more so during the key handover and check-in. We've never been so well received in our lives! Thank you very much Naida for your kindness, responsiveness and good mood :) I would recommend this place without a second thought and hope to be able to come back! THANK YOU

We had a great time in Avignon. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. The terrace is very pretty and cozy to spend beautiful evenings. The decor is nice and the whole thing is very clean. It's warmer upstairs than downstairs, so make the little ones sleep downstairs. The fans were very helpful.

Great little apartment in the centre of a lovely village, everything as described and clean & tidy. Perfect space for us and our little dogs - would have loved to stay there longer!

We had a pleasant stay. Well received by Nadège. It's a change from a lockbox :-). She provided us with a 2nd set of keys on request. It's nice. The accommodation is great: cul-de-sac in a pedestrian area, super quiet and 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. And in addition with a beautiful garden. We took the opportunity to have breakfast in the morning with the birds singing and dinners outside enjoying the freshness brought by the vegetation. Nickel bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There was no waiting despite our number. We really enjoyed the stay and already want to do it again. Thank you.

We had a great time in Elne thanks to our hosts, a really lovely couple. They welcomed us with great kindness and were able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as we arrived. Very available, they gave us valuable tips on things to do in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness!

The place is very large and well maintained both in terms of cleanliness and furniture (new). The attention to the cleanliness and proper functioning of the pool was excellent. The village is very nice (there are no new houses but they are all renovated), it is small with everything at your fingertips (supermarket, pharmacy, a couple of clubs) and a few minutes by car there are shops, supermarkets in number so as to allow a wide choice. A 10/15 minute drive away there are beautiful beaches never crowded (we stayed in August) and between half anhour and two hours there are wonderful cities and places to visit (the cataracles, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Bezier). In the evening the place is very, very quiet: if you are looking for a Rimini or Ibiza style vacation, the town is not good but if you are for a vacation full of the beautiful sea, culture and relaxation, the place is fantastic. Adrien is an exactly attentive guest and has always responded with speed, courtesy and kindness.

The house is simply beautiful, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. It is close to all shops and restaurants. In addition, Laurent and his wife gave us an impeccable welcome. They took the time to explain in detail how the house works. We highly recommend staying there.
