Self-taught for 8 years, I developed my style by testing, deceiving, starting again, always guided by the desire to gather around good food. Inspired by my father and the memories of lively meals, I now create dining experiences where we eat with the heart as well as with the eyes. 11 years of experience I share my travel-inspired creations as an instructor at Leonardo Da Vinci Centre. I trained at L'Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (L'ITHQ). I won the first-ever teen tournament, and I worked at Graziella and Park Restaurant.
