Vacation rentals with a patio in Lausanne District

it‘s a great place; small but very cozy. the balcony with sun in the evening and partial lake view is marvelous. the location - very close to the lake, and between lake and station - is very comfortable.

Superbe séjour. L’appartement est très propre et bien équipé, la terrasse est énorme et bien orientée même si nous n’en avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du temps. Localisation idéale mais attention si vous êtes en voiture, pas facile de se garer pour le long terme. Le long d’une longue route fréquentée, attention si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé !

We had a lovely stay in Daria’s beautiful apartment. She was a fantastic host and was so helpful and responsive at all times. The apartment is in a wonderful location with views of mountains and with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Lausanne is a bus or train ride away and the lake is within walking distance. The apartment has all you need with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location. Awesome bakery nearby and very close within walking distance of the lake. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. My only disappointment was there was not a hairdryer and you had to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. We would stay here again as we did like the house and the location.

Das Studio ist sehr gemütlich und modern und zudem frisch renoviert. Es liegt direkt neben einer LEB-Haltestelle und man ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Zug im Zentrum von Lausanne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider hat es keinen Backofen und keine vorhandenen Abfallsläcke und der TV funktionierte plötzlich nicht mehr. Der Preis ist doch ziemlich hoch für die kleine Fläche des Studios und leider gibt es keinen Rabatt für Studenten.

Appartamento accogliente e molto confortevole, con due belle viste sul Lago Lemano - ed anche un bel giardino che si può vedere al piano terra dello stabile -. Cucina e bagno sono belli e bene arredati (come le due camere che abbiamo avuto a disposizione) con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. A poco più di 200 metri ci sono due supermercati, farmacie, un ristorante e un barbiere; inoltre è ben collegato, con due autobus che portano in centro. C'è spazio per posteggiare un'auto a fianco allo stabile; l'autostrada E62 è ad appena 3 Km, e l'aeroporto a solo 1,5 Km. Oltreché confortevole, l'appartamento è silenzioso, soprattutto di notte; l'unico inconveniente del momento è dovuto a uno scavo prospiciente lo stabile, per importanti lavori su certe condutture, ma del resto abbiamo visto lavori in corso in numerose strade della città. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati molto bene e quindi torneremo volentieri, anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Magnifique endroit avec superbe vue, où nous avons passé de très agréables vacances en famille. De nombreuses activités pour tous les âges et tous les goûts à proximité : ski alpin, avec un espace pour les enfants, ski de fond, randonnées hivernales, pistes pour de jolies balades en raquettes... Le chalet est impeccable et très confortable, avec une superbe vue. Marco est un hôte accueillant et réactif. Merci encore pour cette formidable semaine très appréciée !

Ein wirklich schmuckes kleines Häusschen in einem sehr angenehm ruhigen Quartier in Le Bouveret. Sehr sauber, super zweckmässig eingerichtet (inkl Babybett und Babystuhl), sehr freundliche Kommunikation, ein wunderbar gepflegter Garten, für uns hat einfach alles von A bis Z gestimmt. Wir kommen absolut gerne mal wieder. Vielen Dank für die die Gastfreundschaft!

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

Tout s’est très bien passé pendant mon séjour. Le logement était propre, calme et agréable, exactement comme décrit. Stéphanie a été vraiment gentille et accueillante, on sent qu’elle tient à ce que ses invités se sentent bien. Sa famille est tout aussi chaleureuse, on se sent tout de suite à l’aise. Une belle rencontre humaine, au-delà du simple hébergement. Merci encore !

This was our first trip to Switzerland, and we were very nervous and unsure about what to do. Andrea went out of his way to help us and answer any questions we had. He was a great host and was very quick to respond. The house was very clean and was situated in a great place where everything was walkable. It was nice having rooms and beds for my whole family instead of being cramped in a hotel room all week. Great experience!

Amazing views from inside and out. Easy access to the funicular. Small but good use of space and has everything needed.

We stayed at Les Seracs in Villars for a long weekend during our “Grand Tour” of Europe. Of all the places we stayed in this apartment stood out. It is beautifully designed and the spring sun bathed the balcony and sitting room in sunlight for most of the day. The views are quite majestic. The bedrooms are a good size and very comfortable, there is a choice of a shower or bath and the large well equipped kitchen has all you need and easy to entertain around the large dining room table. It is well located for the village centre (4 mins walk) where you can find excellent restaurants and a good variety of shops, including a well stocked Coop supermarket. The train station and Roc d’ Orsay gondola are also a short walk from the chalet, both providing access to the mountains. We enjoyed our walk at Bretaye and found the beautiful (and delicious!) lakeside restaurant at Lac des Chavonnes. Our host Taline responded to our couple of requests immediately. We highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Marianne und Thierry. Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich, gemütlich und praktisch. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen das wir uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Der umzäunte für unseren Hund war mit unter ein Highlight und er hat es geliebt herumzutoben. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für alles, auch die tolle Kommunikation und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen.

Que dire..il y a longtemps que je n avais pas quitté un lieu de vacances le cœur serré.le bilan n est que positif +++,l appartement est juste sublime,il propose tout ce dont on a besoin , décoré avec goût très paisible,les nuits sont calmes,c est pas compliqué on ne veut plus en partir et le plus c est cette vue a couper le souffle,on ne s en lasse pas.merci a Isabel pour ce bel appartement,son amabilité et d être toujours disponible ,je reviendrai c est sûr.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Natalia war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Natalia war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden ihre Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, Natalia!

Die Unterkunft bei Jasmin ist ein Paradies, welches von der ersten Minuten an in vollen Zügen genossen werden kann. Die Lage am See mit der dem tollen Steg und Zugang in den See , die schöne Terrasse mit der schönen Aussicht und die vielen Vögel mit dem Gezwitscher…… zum entspannen und geniessen der beste Ort. Danke Jasmin für die liebe Gastfreundschaft.

Very cosy traditional spacious apartment that feels like a home. Attentive, flexible, warm host who provided nice snacks and drinks so even late-arrival guests don’t go hungry. Arzier is a village of outstanding scenic beauty - Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and Lake Geneva view. 10min train ride to Saint Cergue for skiing. 30min train to Nyon, 1h to Geneva. Very friendly locals including Denner supermarket staff who were very helpful compared to the staff in the bigger towns. Unusually Denner is open half day on Sundays. Don’t miss the amazing boulangerie by Julian Manska - open 630 am and 7pm with beautiful food and great coffee.

We had an amazing time in this apartment. Easy to find with convenient parking and simple access. The owners were always quick to respond and super friendly. The apartment is basic but immaculately clean and well equipped, even down to the dishwasher tablets, toilets rolls etc. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and we enjoyed our morning coffees watching the sunrise and evening tipple catching the afternoon sun. You can walk into town for skiing or meals out in 15 minutes or so, the walk back is uphill though so a good workout! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were to return to Leysin!
