Apartment vacation rentals in Laureles - Estadio, Medellin

I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

Overall wonderful studio apartment in Sabaneta. It's a super convenient location. There was a bit of noise and the bed was slightly hard. Other than that had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

J’ai séjourné ici et quelque chose a changé en moi. Peut-être que c’est le lit qui m’a enveloppé comme un nuage affectueux, ou le sofa qui m’a pris dans ses bras comme une vieille tante un peu trop intense. Même les murs semblaient m’écouter quand je parlais tout seul. J’ai remis ma vie en question en fixant le plafond, j’ai contemplé l’univers en fermant les yeux trois secondes trop longtemps, et j’ai eu des pensées profondes que j’ai immédiatement oubliées. C’était magique. Si tu cherches un endroit pour te perdre, te retrouver, ou juste t’étendre dramatiquement comme dans un film, c’est ici que ça se passe. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location for tourists with a beautiful Colombian outdoor feel. The heated jacuzzi and AC were great, and the home was gorgeous at night. The nearby restaurant adds to the lively atmosphere, though you might hear some noise and food smells (burning) until midnight. Occasionally, we noticed people from the restaurant glancing into the courtyard as they opened the door. The home was clean overall, though the plastic furniture and tableware made the kitchen feel less fresh. A small brown crunchy thing on the bathroom counter gave me the ick, but nothing major. Beds were comfortable, though only sheets and thin blankets were provided. The kitchen had everything except an oven, and having three bathrooms plus a washer dryer was super convenient. El Poblado is a 10-minute walk, but we preferred Ubers at night since the walk was dark at night. The host was very responsive and even had batteries delivered for the TV remote on the first day. We stayed over a week and really enjoyed it!

Rick’s place was spectacular. Exceeded our expectations. The space was much bigger than we initially anticipated. Great location. Would definitely recommend pergamino for quick bites and coffee. Walking distance to everything. My friends and I went out for drinks each night so the local clubbing noise didn’t bother us, however it is something to note for people who are looking for something quieter. Front door security was absolutely delightful.

Great location! Provenza night life right around the corner. The food shops and market across the street were convenient. Felt safe. Only thing to note is the water temps go from extremely hot to extremely cold- no in between, but wasn’t a huge deal for us.

El alojamiento en perfecto estado, perfecta ubicación, fácil acceso a todo, equipado tal cual lo descrito, la limpieza excelente, una cosa a destacar, es la atención de la señora Ofelia, siempre al pendiente de todo, súper amable y atenta a todo, me facilitaron el acceso de madrugada por retrasos dada la lluvia, pero todo bien, espero volver a Medellín y seguro sin dudarlo me hospedaré aquí mismo 5 estrellas

Excelente lugar; mil veces mejor que hoteles aledaños, fue muy grato estar en este alojamiento no vemos la hora de regresar para repetir tan sublime experiencia . La zona super tranquila , nunca percibimos estar en una ciudad si no en una zona rural, el sonido de la naturaleza en las mañanas y en todo momento lo vale todo . El restaurante que queda en la esquina exquisito para desayunar. Que nota encontrar estas opciones tan pasadas de buenas .

Decent place. Had everything I needed except a washer and dryer, but they have a laundry service that picks up and drops off so that worked well. Staff is good, attentive, and offered help whenever needed.

what a great setup in a great location. many big name restaurants nearby- definitely recommend Guadalupe just down the street and Romano. The nearest mall is a simple 15 minute walk. Wifi never dropped once. Just 2 issues. First unless you like extremely hot or extremely cold your shower experience ia up in the air. but that's not a unique problem. during my stay there was some leaking and water damage during some heavy storms. Sergio was responsive on the issues and sent a plumber ASAP. Still, if those issues are fixed it's definitely a 10/10.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to be around Provenza area and good restaurants and bars!

This place was amazing, and for the price there really isn’t a better option in that area. Tourists are safe to walk around freely in the area and you are local(walking distance)to the majority of the tourist attractions, everything else is a short uber ride away. The staff of this building went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless, and I would highly recommend booking this place when deciding to visit the area. You will not be disappointed!!!! I recommend this place 10/10, and I will be staying here again every time I come back!!

Best Airbnb ever ! First time a cleaning lady is included ! Lucy came each day it was very appreciative but the best is everyone has his own privacy with shower and toilet in each room ! And very big common place ! We loved Ignacio place

Beautiful, secure, modern, clean, and great location along a pedestrian walkway filled with many lovely restaurants. A large balcony on the 2nd floor for viewing the action below and people watching. A combo washer/dryer was great to reduce what we packed. The indoor spa was great for relaxing. If you are a shopper, it's only a 10 minute walk to Columbia's largest mall, Viva Envigado. We were always able to hail a taxi within minutes. Also. within minutes we're small markets, a pharmacy, and bakeries. According to locals and fellow airbnbers, one of the best locations in Envigado. Alexandra was super responsive and even took the time to check in on us. We were very sad to leave!
