We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

An amazing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the metro. we enjoyed the unique aesthetic of the house. we also appreciated the amenities provided! I highly recommend this place.

The place was big and comfy. Easy to locate and accessible. The amenities are complete and okay. Swimming pool was great we all enjoyed the place not to mention the game room and gym was a plus! Overall we loved the place and our family had a wonderful time together! Will again rent the place for future occassions.

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly peaceful—just what we all needed to recharge. This place seriously has the best view of Taal Volcano. Everything was super clean, and the furniture was really nice. It even smelled like a luxury hotel when we walked in! Big shoutout to Ate Bituin—she has the sweetest smile, and honestly, all the stress from the commute just melted away when we met her. She was super responsive and made our check-in and check-out so easy. If I ever go back to Tagaytay, no doubt, I’m booking this place again. Five stars all the way! We (Me, my Son, and my Wife) stayed for 2 weeks May 6th-May 22nd 2025. The place was perfectly located next to Ayala Mall, where there is a supermarket (Walter Mart) department stores, drug stores, a large variety of other stores, Starbucks, S & R Pizza, and a large variety of dining options. It is located so that local transportation like Bokyo, tricycle, Jeepney and buses are just steps away from access. The Condo was immaculately clean and described accurately. Plenty of towels and water to drink was a plus. We did not have occasion to ask for anything on our extended stay and appreciate the functionality of the unit. This will definitely our go to Airbnb when we visit Tagaytay again. Thank you for everything! Kelly,

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

We loved the place - spotless, spacious, comfortable and with an unbeatable view. Timothy was quick to respond and Ate Thaline took care of all our needs. Wish we stayed longer and already planning our nexr visit!

The place is described perfectly. What you see is what you get and it's not any less than cozy and home-y. This is an SMDC unit so don't expect a large room but Ms. May managed to make up for it by making it clean and nice to stay in. She is also very friendly, accommodated us whenever we asked for help, and made everything super smooth. Highly recommended for couples staying in tagaytay for a bit, but if you're bringing a car, the parking may be a little far from the unit (but this isn't the hosts fault as SMDC is known for having weird parking spaces anyway). But that's a small price to pay for a place as lovely as this and a host that is kind and responsive to their guests, and my GF and I had a great time. 10/10 would HEAVILY recommend and we will definitely come back.

This is my first booking here in Airbnb and I loved my stay here so much. Kuya host was so helpful to us, he even marked the place where we'll be staying. The check in was fast and easy. The room is clean and feels secure. The view from the balcony was chef's kiss. The room is cold even at 28⁰ na temperature. And comfortable ang room parang nasa bahay lang. I reserved a 1N stay for my birthday, with my son and we had fun. Overlooking the Taal Lake, clean unit, Vanilla scented room, clean beddings, spacious sofa, PS4 and Alexa Google Assist are the perks. What was remarkable is that they waited for us, we checked-in past 5 PM. I would recommend this airbnb especially to those who are commuters, this is along the highway, you can hop off the bus just right in front of SMDC Wind Residences. Jeepneys and tricycle rides are always available too. Thanks again for letting us to stay in your airbnb. ❤️

The place was great and it did gave us the privacy and peace we needed. I am actually impressed on how clean the place is when we arrived. Its proximity to the attractions/destinations is also commendable. Most of all, the owner provided very clear instructions that we just had short exchange of chats twice and one of those was me asking for a change in schedule lol 😆. We love Erin's place! Super clean.. super aesthetic.. and super comfy.. the view of Taal was just superb! We work from home, so having strong and stable WiFi was important. Erin had everything we needed and more. This was an early birthday celebration and we were surprised to have birthday decorations upon entering the room. Super thoughtful! Also, Erin was very accommodating. Thank you for turning our stressful week into a relaxing one.. also one that we will never forget!

Stay was great! It would have been better if there were 4 blankets and towels provided since we were 4 people (there were only 2 sets provided). She was willing to provide, but it was too late when I checked the items. I would still rate the place 5 stars because we had a good and clean stay, and she and her caretaker were responsive. I will consider staying there again in case I will have another trip to Tagaytay.
