Maintains a beautiful place that is even better than described 2. Communicates clearly about important details, 3. Makes your stay easy and private and 4. Responds immediately if you have questions. She understands the role of a great host!

We stayed for 7 days at this lovely townhouse and had a fantastic time. The location was ideal—just a short drive from Disney and other major attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was great for relaxing after busy days out. The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the whole place cool and comfortable. The kids especially loved the community pool.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay. The kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs as well as the games. We listened to the records, enjoyed the BBQ and made smores in the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. This is a great place to stay for a weekend family getaway in Canyon Lake. We didn't see any deer this time, but there were many cats that came to hang out in the yard, and a couple of foxes that ran through in the evening. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Beautiful place with a good amount of space!!! The beach was an easy and quick drive. The neighborhood was quiet and calm.

Had a great stay. The house was clean, the host was very helpful and I was able to bring my boat and dock it. I will be coming back soon

Jeanie’s place was a perfect weekend getaway for us east coast people who wanted a trip not to far away. This place was a hidden gem. My kids had an absolute blast in the lake and all food was close by or Jeanie’s location had everything we needed to cook! Jeanie was an excellent host and was always quick to respond. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! Place was clean, cozy, well stocked, great location and communication! They have all the supplies you’ll need for the beach including a wagon to haul everything over to the sand. They had games available to use as well. The attention to detail was fantastic. Chilled cups in the freezer, and after sun lotion cooling in the fridge. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We would stay here everytime we come back to the island!

Everything was so amazing! Marguerite was very reponsive to everything. Place was spotless and felt just at home. I will for sure be staying again for a family vacation. 10/10!
