Vacation rentals with a balcony in Latin America

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back! I would highly recommend. The host was great and extremely accommodating. The unit was very nice and clean and a very good size. It was exactly as described and has a very nice view from 2 balconies. Not too far from the beach or the main hot spots - you can find everything within a 10 minute walk.

Very good accommodation, quiet, safe and structured apartment. It was very easy to check in. The building is secure, with a 24-hour doorman. There are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and markets nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk around. Super we indicate the accommodation.

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Ann’s place. The position is strategic and close to the main attractions like beach and good restaurants. The amenities and kitchen ware offered is impressive so you can cook your own meal without problema. There’s a supermarket close by too! We’d definitely go back and I can certainly recommend it!

Roberto‘s apartment was absolutely amazing! It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The location at Plaza Rio de Janeiro could not be better with so many amazing bars and restaurants mere minutes on foot from the front door. Roberto was very responsive with answering any questions we had, especially during check-in and check-out. Can’t wait to book this apartment again when we come back to CDMX! ¡Muchas gracias Roberto!

My stay at Nicole’s property was amazing! I highly recommend her property! Nicole has been helpful since day one with recommendations and accommodations. Which made me feel comfortable. This was my first time in an Airbnb and also my first time in Puerto Rico .I couldn’t have asked for a better host. She made sure my stay was very comfortable. Nicole’s property is very clean. The accommodation is perfectly clean, tidy with the essentials (scissors could complete the equipment), AND a NESPRESSO coffee maker 👍 A perfect queen bed Very well located in town, 1 minute from the metro, 15 minute walk to the city center (Moneda). We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

Lovely stay at Suzanne's place in Santo Domingo. The house has a lot of character, and we loved using the small backyard pool to cool off during the hot afternoons. The lack of AC in the main areas was no problem as the apartment catches a nice breeze, and the AC in the bedrooms works well. Our son enjoyed sleeping on the loft bed in the living room. I will echo what others have said - the stairs situation is not to be underestimated. We were there with our four kids (9, 7, 3 and 2) and the two little ones were not allowed to go up or down the stairs unsupervised. They are very steep and uneven, as well as lack proper railings - so even for adults, just make sure you pay attention to this and if you have mobility problems, maybe not the right place. For us, we loved it! Great communication from the hosts and super friendly. Walkable to many restaurants and the downtown. Highly recommend this place!

John and his team were great! Herman actually took care of us and he was amazing! Very professional and went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible ! He was helpful in all aspects! The house is absolutely beautiful!! The rooftop pool and the Argentinian grill really made our time in Argentina very very special, the bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms were fabulous! The house has two half-baths in the common areas. Truly a special house and a special host. The location is also perfect! Right in the middle of the Palermo district, lots of bars and restaurants and excellent coffee shops! Thank you Hernan!

Amit’s place was perfect for our trip. Super close and walkable to all of our events. Clean and spacious. Amit was a very responsive host and allowed a little flexibility with checkin.

This is a fabulous place just up the hill from Barton Springs in one of Austin's best neighborhoods. Spacious, clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books/toys and a great pool are among our favorite things about this home. Excellent & responsive communication from hosts. Highly recommended!

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Loved the location of this cute casita! Having a driveway to park in was awesome. The planes are extremely loud.. however Lucinda has taken great care to provide sound machines and ear plugs to help drown out the noise at night. With the sound machine going, it did not keep any of us up at night at all! Lucinda also had the best house manual I’ve ever seen with great recommendations on places to eat, things to do, etc. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area in the future.

I had an excellent stay in Antigua Guatemala. The location was unbeatable—safe, central, and walking distance to most points of interest. The house was exactly as described, with a beautiful patio that brought in natural light and added such charm to the space. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antigua.

This is a great condo for a small group (couple, small family, small friend group, etc.). The condo is cute, quiet, and in a great location. It has everything you need from top to bottom and made visiting Austin so easy! 10/10 recommend.

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value

We were very pleased with the apartment and how beautifully it is decorated. The sunset from the warm pool upstairs is priceless! This is one of the best places we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta!

I want to preface this by saying I’m extremely particular regarding cleanliness —this was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed. Close to everything. Main pool was being renovated but we still had access to the neighboring pool (across the street but there was a pathway for easy crossing). Bathrooms were spacious.

Excellent attention from the host, he was always quick to respond to the concerns we had, great location, the apt according to the photos, too nice, big, comfortable, with excellent cooking equipment.

Loved this sweet little home. It was so lovely hanging out in the outdoor space and meeting the other travelers. There isn’t much space for pets to walk which was difficult and the neighbor across the street was certainly not friendly. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and you can see it from the balcony. Loved this stay!! GREAT and very responsive host with wonderful recommendations for where to go and what to eat. Will definitely remember this place for future stays 💗

We completely loved & enjoyed our stay here, we were greeted by Meli's son Patricio who provided clear instructions gave us a tour of the condominium, its amenities and a tour of our condo. We will definitely be returning, the market, the bars, stores, etc were all walking distance. There's also a restaurant in the lobby area which has amazing food and service. Overall our stay was amazing!! Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and peaceful!
