J’ai passé un séjour très agréable. C’est un lieu tranquille à l’écart de la zone urbaine de Laval. La vue est magnifique et donne directement sur la Rivière-des-Prairies. L’appartement est très propre et d’une bonne grandeur pour une personne seule ou accompagnée. Géraldine est une hôte attentionnée qui vous accueillera personnellement dès votre arrivée.

Sonia was a great host. She had all the amenities we needed. The location was really nice, the entire place was clean and she was very accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Great place to stay. Clean and excellently close to everything very accessible. If you have disability issues with stairs, not necessarily the best as it is too full flights of stairs to get to the apartment but apart from that absolutely wonderful.

It deserves 5 stars — very secure and clean, with lots of space to spend time with family. I will go back again. I felt at home.

We had a perfect stay at John’s place. The unit was spotless and well equipped. The back patio view to the river was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and a drink in the evening. Would highly recommend to others if you’re looking for a quiet and private accommodation in Laval.

We enjoyed staying at Gilles and Gracia’s little house. It was clean and met most of our expectations. The pier wasn’t out because the river was still too high. It is definitely a cozy little house that at times lacks some space or hooks or information because it is new. Gilles was very responsive and willing to answer questions. We would definitely consider returning if our other favorite spot isn’t available. We were super thankful to have found this little treasure on a last minute basis.

Nous avons visiter à la mi-mai le Airbnb. La température n’était pas des nôtres et la piscine n’était pas démarrée mais aucun problème puisque la demeure est ultra bien aménagée pour le confort de tous. Foyer intérieur, grande fenestration pour admirer le lac, SPA intime, terrasse extérieure couverte contre la pluie, et que dire des petites attentions offertes aux visiteurs pour améliorer l’expérience. Je suis une habituée des locations Airbnb et je peux vous garantir que celui-ci vous plaira à coût sure, le prix en vaut vraiment le confort pour un bonheur absolu. J’y reviendrai assurément!!

I frequent Montreal with friends (so I have a sense of the downtown living) and this was the first time I visited with my family. Many properties and hotels have hidden headaches that can make a trip less pleasant. This home is exceptional with zero issues. The Home is brand new, incredibly classy and very comfortable (we had the best sleep in a long time). It's very spacious and fun to lounge around. The location is also worth highlighting, it truly is a 20 minute drive from anywhere in downtown but it felt safe and quiet away from the busy downtown area. No headaches to figure out parking. Peter as a host is fantastic as well: very responsive and accommodating. Any questions or concerns were immediately handled and this was very appreciated. The only person I would not recommend this home to is somebody who wants to walk out into downtown montreal, otherwise I think this is the best place to experience the city from (whether you are a group of friends or a family).

Nous avons séjourné un mois dans la maison (Novembre 2024)Frédérique et son papa sont d'excellents hôtes. Les plus: Nous avons apprécié l'endroit. Calme, incroyablement beau la vue, l' espace de la maison intérieur et extérieur. La propreté des lieux.Les détails pour assuré le confort des visiteurs.Les bases essentielles d'une maison, tout y était. Le foyer. Salle de lavage. Animaux acceptés. L' adaptation partiel pour une personne en fauteuil roulant,c est super! Les moins: Le réseau internet moyen. Unique salle de bain, pas de ventilation. Le divan est inconfortable.Certains équipements seraient dû à être renouvelés.Tiques présentes. Bref, je recommande cette maison. J' y retournerais sans hésitation.C'est un endroit magnifique. Près de l'autoroute, des restaurants et des services. Merci énormément à nos hôtes.

We had a wonderful stay, it felt like we were home and we weren't quite ready to leave at the end. During our stay there was a huge storm, loss of power and some flooding in the basement. The person they use to oversee the property was super quick to respond and very helpful and took care of the situation immediately. Genevieve was also in touch the whole time. Communication was fantastic, the location is amazing, close to great restaurants (walking distance), a nearby bike path by the water we used to take my kid to his day camp. Lots of playgrounds close by for all ages. So all and all a great stay!

Me gustó mucho alojarme en casa de Christian. Cerca de la estación de metro y en una zona muy llena de comercio, restaurantes y pequeños supermercados. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, con facilidad de uso de su cocina. Christian es amable, me brindó recomendaciones de sitios por visitar, y a la llegada me hizo una presentación de su casa y las facilidades. Regresando a Montreal elegiría su casa de nuevo, muy recomendado.

My stay was great and the location very practical, especially that members of my family lived 10 minutes away. There are quite a few restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood plus some in towns not so far away. Access to Montreal is always a challenge this time of year due to work on the Mercier bridge. Overall it was a very enjoyable trip.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

It was my great experiece stayed for almost 2 months. Very worth it. husband and wife as the host are very helpful from beginning until the end of my stay. The location was perfect for me, close to the river, quite neighbourhood, met my expectation. They are very helpful, kind, cheerful and polite. They also lent me a bike which helped me a lot. I did a review based on previous customers feedback and I concurred all of thier positive comments. If were given chance to find apartment to stay again over there, I would choose the same one again and also recommended to others for those need to stay. Thank again. It's my great pleasure and meeting them too.

Linda's place was perfect! It was very clean, was just like the pictures, and very well designed -- just really beautiful. It is right on the lake and we took full advantage of the outdoor space as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Linda was an incredibly gracious and responsive host. We would highly recommend her place!

Great apartment, and extremely clean. Christian is an excellent host. Enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend it. The host met us at check-in and showed us how everything worked which was very helpful. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We are giving it 5 stars.
