We spent a weekend in this cozy little house, and the village is very quiet. If you want to disconnect, it's ideal. Also, 2 km away, there is a spectacular and worthwhile restaurant. The welcome from the host was very good, kind and flexible with the check-out time, as we were able to leave later without a problem. We recommend this place and would come back again. A pleasure

We had a very good vacation with family at Carmen's house. The house is very cozy and is very well equipped. Carmen and her husband are a sweetheart, they have always been aware of what we might need. It's a highly recommended place.

The house's surroundings are very nice, the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The garden was equipped with everything. Communication with Alberto was very fluid and pleasant.

An amazing experience in La Caleña. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host, always attentive and willing, flexible and very nice. We were a group of 10 adults, 3 children and a dog. The house was exactly what we needed. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it's really nice to have a bathroom per room. On each floor, a living room with kitchen, everything very well equipped, kitchenware, appliances, etc. On the ground floor, a lawn area that my dog loved, and a heated pool with a gazebo and several sun loungers. Brand new barbecue. And, of course, the jewel in the crown: a room with three gym machines and a Jacuzzi that far exceeds the impression it gives in the photo. Impressive. Very comfortable beds, heating, uf, it's an endless number of elements that make the house perfect. 6 km from Ávila, 10 min by car, and in the same town of La Colilla, roads and trails that we have really enjoyed with the dog. We were a group of friends for a couple of days and we were super comfortable. The common areas of the house are very good, including a barbecue and jacuzzi with very good hygiene. The location is unbeatable, close to Ávila and Salamanca to go spend the day. It also has hiking trails and the house has a donkey named Manolo who is a sweetheart. Finally, we want to highlight the host's attention. He was always available, recommended places, explained everything perfectly and answered any questions we had at all times. Highly recommended!

We were 10 friends at the house and we were afraid that the space would be tight, but it was the opposite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room too, and everything was very clean. We took a walk through the village until we reached a farm, we liked to take a stroll. It's quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

The very recommended house is very comfortable, the spectacular kitchen,useful leftovers in summer would be a wonder by the pool,which in this time impossible to use but already we return without a doubt some summer to give us a dip,to disconnect from Madrid I recommend a peace and a 10 views if you have q tele work without a doubt you have a table in front of a beautiful glass also,hiking to see pure nature and hard the village with charm in the end I recommend the house and her host totally.

It felt like a hotel, and everything was perfectly prepared. However, it would have been better if a translator was used for communication, but I was able to communicate with my relatives who spoke English. It was a nice countryside neighborhood. It would have been better if I had more time.

My experience at this place was positive. The place was spotless, well decorated, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, to rest in a quiet area. The host was very friendly and responsive at all times, always willing to help and respond quickly. I would definitely repeat and highly recommend it to future guests.

We stayed at Guadalupe's house this May holiday weekend and we felt right at home. The weather was not good, so we had to be inside the house almost all the time, and it was great. We've been super comfortable, because the living room and kitchen are super spacious. We felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and we were very warmly welcomed with a very fine lemon cake. The kids enjoyed the garden (about 3 minutes away) very much. Thank you so much for the hospitality 👏

The place had everything and was spotless. Jose was very kind and attentive to us, and he helped us with everything we needed. The house is located in the middle of a hill and is accessed by stairs. Although it has a supermarket and a bus stop 5-10 minutes walking, the area is not pedestrian and you have to walk by road. Even so, it is a very quiet place with beautiful views, ideal for hiking.

The house is very nice, it is very nice and comfortable, we had a great weekend.
