This cozy, atmospheric, quietly located house (rear half of a double) is in the middle of the beautiful picturesque center of Laren. The house has a small romantic backyard with dining table and cozy seating. In the living room, there is a lovely sofa bed, a smart TV, and the fireplace and workplace. In the spacious kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas stove, etc., there is an (extendable) table with 4 chairs. Upstairs, next to the two bedrooms (1 with air conditioning), there is a bathroom.

From Schiphol Airport there is a direct train to Hilversum, in 30 minutes. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so tranquility is what I also expect from my guests.

De omgeving is groen en heeft veel wandel en fietsroutes en in het dorp is alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt . Supermarkten, cafés , restaurants en winkels . Ook zijn er veel leuke uitstapjes mogelijk naar Naarden vesting (10 min)of naar Loosdrechtse plassen. Het huis ligt in een rustige buurt.
