A housing unit with a separate entrance 15 minutes drive from Ben Gurion Airport. The apartment in the center of the city of Modi 'in 7 minutes by walking from the Azrieli Mall and the train. Synagogues nearby a shopping center 300 meters away and more. Very quiet place is air-conditioned and spacious. You can get a hot plate for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water(not operating on Shabbat) and also a solar water heater. A huge balcony facing a stunning view of a green forest. It´s a beautiful walk from the unit to the forest. The gate of the moshav is closed on shabbat.
