By car, on foot, by bike, you can come and relax in my small attic apartment, 25 m2, on the first floor of my "crooked" house! Independent, simple but warm, the atmosphere is colorful, "cocooning". It is furnished to offer you a few days of quiet rest in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, 6.5 km from the sea. This property can only accommodate two people. The bedrooms are attic, so low ceiling. The house is a 15-minute drive to the beaches of the Pink Granite Coast. There's no garage. Free street parking We greet you personally or put the keys back in the secure box if unavailability or late check-in.

Small house close to all amenities 5 min from the beautiful air area food trade, clothing, pharmacy.... 10 min from the beaches and downtown Lannion. The house is located in the same courtyard as our personal house, you will have a lawn area (common) behind the house with games for children. We have a baby crib, changing table, and high chair. We offer a linen option at 10 euros per bed (with towels) if desired.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the living area is pleasant. The bedding is new and of very good quality. A few minutes from the accommodation, enjoy the biggest market in the area on Thursdays, cinema, restaurants and bars.
