Very nice, as good as new apartment. Tastefully decorated, the kitchen equipment is great. Even the little things, that you always forget, like garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, were available and easy to find. Utility room with cleaning supplies and possibilities to accommodate glass waste and waste paper, small but nice balcony with a side view of Lake Schwerin and the castle. Easily accessible location even if you don't have a car available. Even from the train station you can walk in less than half an hour and there is still a nice, varied route. Alternative bicycle: Large, lockable bicycle room in the house, next possibility to rent e-bikes just 5 minutes' walk away. We liked the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay Hagen and Ceylan were very friendly, helpful hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and very spacious. I would stop by again at any time!

Our stay at this place was really perfect. Great hosts, super equipped accommodation, even with a washing machine and many useful things. The kitchen is a modern kitchen like at home, where you can cook really well. The outdoor facilities are also super well maintained and welcoming. Since it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle, you have your peace 99% of the time and it's pretty private. The parking lot is an integral part of the accommodation, no long search. The hosts are particularly noteworthy, who really take care of everything and always communicate quickly. You have the feeling that they really care that you feel completely comfortable as a guest. A dream for a family with small children. We would love to come again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. Overlooking the lake, we really enjoyed making ourselves comfortable in the garden. The amenities were also great and very thoughtful. Every corner of the cottage was utilized and nicely decorated. With fly screens on the windows, it was also possible to ventilate nicely in the evening, without worrying that hundreds of mosquitoes were lurking. There were towels, a hairdryer, recommendations for sights and one or two board games. (And more). Schwerin was super easy to reach on foot and there were also shopping opportunities. Overall, a really nice place to unwind and relax. We would come back. Thank you :)

Sylvia's accommodation has a great location, you are within 20-30 minutes, in Schwerin or Wismar and in an hour in Rostock/Warnemünde. It is very quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment, it is very nicely equipped/furnished. Sylvia is super friendly and was always available to us. Would definitely recommend it. :)

We had a great stay. Alexander’s place is awesome. The view from the balcony was stunning and we felt the comfort of a modern home but being surrounded by history. Immediately we looked up many history facts about the area. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we possibly needed. Thanks for letting us stay there.

It was a beautiful break for us with a lot of relaxation. The extra guesthouse is located in the middle of the hosts' property and very tastefully decorated. Out the back, you can enjoy the garden and relax on the terrace when the weather is nice. But also the whole area is very attractive and easy to explore with the hosts' bikes. But the contact with our "host parents" Regina and Ingo was also very nice from the beginning. Ingo hid the house alone during our visit, greeted us very warmly, showed and explained everything to us and was always approachable between. We really liked his inimitable friendly, open and honest manner. We will be happy to come back!

Privacy in the middle of the city, a great view of the church and the parish garden. The apartment is very spacious and quietly located from the neighborhood. Of course, the train tracks are directly behind, but you very quickly no longer perceive this as disturbing. Everything is as described with loving details, information about the city. Katharina was very friendly and approachable at all times. Even an extra request was not an issue. Very nice people in the house. WiFi, large screen TV with all apps, everything is there. The parking lot is of course unbeatable, everything is within walking distance: train station (excursion to Wismar e.g.) city, castle, Pfaffenteich….We would come back anytime. Schwerin is a great city with many leisure opportunities. Plus a "fairy-tale castle". Bike tours around the numerous lakes are great!
