the bungalow is very nice and the environment too, away from the city but very close on foot, good for relaxation, I even extended the stay. On the other hand there is a lot of waste in the environment and the many dogs although very affectionate can wake you up at night and the wifi was not working.

We wanted to stay in Pavia to be close to daughter-in-laws family and it was a great location for that. Easy walking to their place, Pavia market, groceries, laundry. Large, clean space with very nice air conditioning.

Our family of 6 had a great time. The place was spacious, neat and clean, and accessible. The two-story apartment had two rooms at the second floor, and one room at the ground floor. The rooms were spacious as we were able to fit ourselves in the two rooms at the second floor. There were also two bathrooms which were neat, clean and spacious too :) It is located near the Ceres North Bus Terminal. Just a few minutes walk to the main street. Ma'am Susan, Ms Charm, and Ms Charm's mother were too kind and accommodating. Overall, this booking was a great value for money. We will definitely be back! We loved how clean Iloilo was :)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. It felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Throughout our entire stay, I never saw a single cockroach, which is a huge plus for me. The only minor challenge was finding the lobby at first, as it’s located on the top floor near Bascon Cakes, but once we figured it out, everything else was smooth and easy. It does get a bit warm in the living room during the non-ber months, but it wasn’t toooo uncomfortable and didn’t affect our overall experience. Location-wise, it’s conveniently near the Ceres terminal, but a bit far from malls like SM and Festive Walk. It’s not too much of a hassle if you have a car, though you should note that traffic in some areas on the way to the malls can take about an hour based on our experience. Overall, my mom even described the place as “great,” and I definitely agree. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Had a nice stay here. Beautifully designed interior. It’s about 15 minutes grab ride from a local mall, vista mall. The host was outstanding in terms of little additional amenities and care. I was surprised by this, as many hosts neglecting this. There are some games and books to peruse. The host was also attentive and responsive. There is a large kitchen for cooking with lots of equipment and things you might need. The WiFi was good enough for Netflix, YouTube, and general browsing. It didn’t work well enough for my video calls and multimedia uploads (I work from home) but it sounds like the host may upgrade it in the future. Overall 5 stars, I would recommend it, and appreciate the experience.

We had an amazing stay at Jorja’s place for over two weeks! The location was perfect—conveniently close to town and my family, yet in a peaceful area with little traffic, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gentle breeze. With few neighbors around, it felt extra private and peaceful. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed, linens, and pillows were all fresh and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend Jorja’s place, and without a doubt, we’ll be back next time we’re in Dumangas!

I was comforatable right away when we checked in. Wifi is okay at the lower floor. We were able to cook food as well. Check in and Check out was easy.
