It’s a modern, light and airy 50 sqm floor/apartment with a wonderful 70 sqm private garden with dinner table, umbrella, bluetooth speaker overlooking the central square and bay of the prestigious seaside resort. The apartment is less than 300 meters from the award-winning beach. Restaurants, supermarket water sports, tennis club, open air cinema at walking distance. We will be happy to provide local advice and answer any questions guests may have. We speak fluent English and French.

The apartment has an alarm system and a 65 inch TV.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The studio was clean and comfortable. A pleasant garden to look out on in quiet surroundings. I think Katerina has thought of everything to make this a great experience.

Wonderful wonderful host. I was late because I was coming from far away and they made it very easy for me to get inside the condo amazing view. It also had a parking spot for my car, spotless, clean, amazing surroundsound television system, and when I called to ask how to use it they even went as far as to FaceTime me to give me extra help. I enjoyed my stay. The area is a no-brainer. It’s the finest area in Greece and just to have a great host made it that much better, I thank them for everything they did for me greatly appreciated and worth it

My wife and I had an incredible time at this beachfront property, exceeding our expectations. Indeed it feels like an oasis as the private grounds are huge but you're very close to Vouliagmeni center. The place was spotless, well decorated and had everything we needed. You can tell it’s an actual home and not just a rental unit. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen well equipped and brand new, and being able to have a private assigned parking space right outside the apartment was a huge advantage. Our host was welcoming and responsive.

A modern bathroom features a walk-in glass shower with a rain showerhead. A light wood vanity provides dual sinks, complemented by simple fixtures. Neutral grey tiles cover the floor and walls, creating a clean and spacious appearance. A black mat lies in front of the toilet.
