Ali is a great host, very responsive. The apartment is homely and has all what we need for a stay far from home. The location maybe far from Van downtown, so it's advisable to have your own transport as we did. The lake view is awesome as this property is on hill. I'd recommend Ali's place and would stay here again.

Very central location and the apartment was extremely clean

me and my family were there for about 10 days, it was really great as clean, close to centre and staff were friendly and responsible and always in touch, we were completely happy and ofcourse I recommend there to all.

Everything was very nice, the house was better than we expected, there were all the supplies in the house, Ms. Eda helped with everything, especially the location was nice to get everywhere

Esma place is a beautiful apartment in a peaceful residential area, close to airport. Everything is as described - new, clean, functional. The only problem was finding the precise location on Google Maps - the exact spot on the map seems to be 50 m further from the actual block. Everything else was simply perfect. thank you Esma Marek

Everything was as it should be. He immediately fixed the small deficiencies. How to get in the city in the city, how to go in the city, he explained them all nicely, thank you. Very close to city centre and shopping malls

We had a pleasant stay there. There is a 24-hour reception which is very convenient for check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center of Van. There is a kitchen but very few utensils (not even a plate) so difficult to use.
