Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Peipus

Great place to stay! There's everything you need, well-equipped kitchen. Only one minus for me personally: unpleasant smell from the water in the house. But I read about it in other people's reviews and was prepared. Very nice place, well equipped area around the house, quiet.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

Marju’s place was a very homely cottage. We appreciated that it was someone’s holiday home and it was well appointed. A wonderful place to relax and unwind and our kids loved exploring. Check the opening times of nearby attractions (e.g. in Rakvere). Also as you are in the middle of nature there were lots of bugs so make sure you take bug spray. Thanks Marju!

I was super satisfied with the stay! Everything is just like the pictures, and the view from the deck was even more beautiful when we arrived. Everything you need was there for a nice time, and the house is very stylishly decorated. There was a welcome drink waiting on the table when we got there and it was a very lovely gesture. And the nicest thing was that the barrel sauna was already hot when we got there. 10/10!

Communication with Linda was of high quality. The house matches the photos perfectly, is very welcoming and very well decorated. I highly recommend it, you can go there without hesitation!

We stayed 3 months and really felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need for a few days on vacation, but also to live for longer periods. We were there from September to December, including very cold days, and we were cold in this apartment. It is fully renovated, has good energy efficiency and heating is present in all rooms (including heated flooring in the bathroom). On the other hand, the comfort is great, and that includes the bed and sofas. It also has everything you need to live and feel at home. As for the area, it can't be beat. A quiet, beautiful neighborhood and a 10-minute walk from downtown. I would choose this apartment 1000 times more 😉

The apartment was great and cozy and had everything you need. The morning coffee on the deck was still an experience in itself.

Cosy. The first word that comes in mind, remembering our stay. Spacious, bright with lots of light throug huge windows. Well equipped kitchen, with all the needed devices from espresso macine (with quality coffee included) to dish washer. All the pots and pans an utensils. Huge balcony. Safe parking. Sauna and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful host. Las but not least was Hermiine the tortoise. It was first warm days of spring during our stay and we were able to let her go sunbathing on the balcony. She was so active and curious, discovering every corner of the balcony and of course our toes. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning to stay in Tartu.

Nice apartment in a very quiet and residential area of ​​Tartu, the apartment is 10 minutes by car from the bus station and 3 minutes from a large supermarket. The apartment is very beautiful and much better decorated than it appears in the photos. Quality products. the TV and the bed is huge. the kitchen is spectacular too. If you want to relax, don't think twice before purchasing this apartment.

We felt at home in Maarja's apartment. It's super cosy, modern and has absolutely everything one may need. Location's great - right in the centre of Kohtla-Järve, 3rd (top) floor so very quiet. Bed was super comfy, bathroom nice and spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Extra points for the great interior (design) - so many cool details. Instructions Maarja sent were very clear and communication easy peasy. Basically, everything was awesome! We'll be back soon! :)
