What a great spot! Close to the airport with transfer included. Host did an amazing job preparing the flat with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Plus a great restaurant directly behind the unit. It was a home away from home!

A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

Very spacious apartment with a lot of rooms, nice big balcony. The temperature of the apartment was comfortable, not to warm despite the temperature outside. The apartment is close to a few nice restaurants, the lakeside, a supermarket and gelatostore. It is also possible to cook yourself in the kitchen, there are enough utensils etc. We slept really well because the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We were happy with the free parking spot in the garage. Decent pricing. We would definitely recommend.

Incredibly central location, honestly couldn’t ask for better. Cute, small & quaint, we really enjoyed it. Super early check out time (10 AM) but Maria is fairly accommodating if you need it later. Would recommend!

We had a great time at Irene's, a very good place that I would highly recommend. You have to bring tissues for the tears you shed after the day of departure from Irene's!

Roberto is a friendly, straightforward host, and was always easily accessible. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very well maintained, designed with a lot of love for detail, tidy and clean. It has a very special charm. The location is quiet and a bit remote from the hustle and bustle of Lake Como, if you appreciate this tranquility and are happy to take a bit of driving time uphill, you are in the right place. Hikes into the hinterland are easily accessible.

This unique house has a wonderful location with great surroundings. We are a family of 5 and found everything we needed. The house is very well-equipped and there is plenty of space for playing outside. The nice lady from the farm next door showed us her animals and even gave us fresh eggs and Italian Easter-bread. Unfortunately, we had to leave 3 days early due to severe weather warnings and a sick child. We still enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back some day.

This is a truly unique airbnb! It was hard to picture but just as described you are in a beautifully restored apt in a gorgeous old villa surrounded by parkland ( private) with a walking path and beautiful landscaping all around. We enjoyed having a quiet place to come home to after busy days exploring Lake Como. Finding the tiki bar last night was a fun surprise. This would be a great place to share with friends.

The view from all the rooms of this accommodation is amazing.... And the terrace :)) Impeccable cleaning, well-equipped, very comfortable bedding and very welcoming hosts. Very nice environment. We loved our stay at Lake Maggiore

Daniela’s home is beautiful! There is lots of hiking trails close by. Quick drive into stresa. Amazing garden and lake views! Daniela is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything seemed so clear through instructions wherever needed. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful and very thoughtful. We even found a parking disc to borrow. The was a beautiful terrace with the views over Lake Como which we loved so much .Great for having breakfast or watching the sunset. Worthwhile saying that the kitchen and the house are fully equipped. Nothing is missed out. Definitely recommended to other guests.

Everything was as described. Styled very nicely and very clean. Ideal for two people. Everything great! It is certainly easier with a car; we were there by train and bus over Easter, which was not very easy because the bus did not run very much over the holidays. But we knew that in advance and it was not a big problem for us.

Thank you, Daniela and Alessandro for one of the most enjoyable holidays. We loved the area: small peaceful village with views of the mountains and the blooming fields, yet short walk to the lake and the local amenities and a short drive from many great destinations. The house and the pool were immaculately clean and contained everything you will need (and beyond). The owner is very friendly and kind, they went out of their way to accommodate any need or request without being overbearing. The host was great, very responsive and organized, provided lots of tips and local recommendations. Would highly recommend it to families or anyone else who wants to stay in peaceful location with good access to great activities that Lake Maggiore has to offer.

This home is amazing, but the views are spectacular. Marzia was so helpful and friendly checking us in and giving us recommendations. Just to be aware, the 2nd floor bedroom has quite short ceilings and a tub with a hand held, but no overhead placement. Underground dedicated parking was very beneficial. The location gives you easy walkable access to Bellagio and San Giovanni. We enjoyed afternoon aperitif’s on the balcony daily. I highly recommend this house for a quieter and simpler Bellagio stay.

Really clear communication from Alessandra, which made staying here a treat. She recommended some really nice restaurants, including one across the street, and the room was modern and clean

Silvia is a great host! Excellent location, easy 6-minute walk from/to ferry terminal & 10-minute walk to S. Giovanni train station. Near loads of restaurants, bars, & shops. The elevator was good to have with luggage. The living/dining room was cozy & comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Separate washer & dryer were fantastic! Decent WiFi (21 mbps down, 6 mbps up). The bed was comfortable & had nightstands & power outlets on each side--perfect for 2 people to charge devices at bedside. Only downside was on occasion from bed we could hear the upstairs neighbors & a few times we caught a faint smell of someone's cigarette smoke--not overwhelming, thankfully. The large shower had good water pressure & the hot water stayed hot for 2 people taking back-to-back showers. Wonderful thick towels & plenty of them! Great wall-mounted magnifying mirror! A heated towel rack would have been nice. The bathrobes were a treat! Despite the few minor mentions, we would happily stay here again. 😃

The place was beautiful. It was clean and tidy. We felt super comfortable and enjoyed every second. The hostess was very likeable. I highly recommend the accommodation - happy to come back!

Small clean apartment - very nice view of the lake and pool available which is a plus when it's hot and you want to relax. Located in a charming and typical small Italian village. The small garden is a nice place to relax in the evening. Very precise explanations to find the apartment. A big thank you to Anna.

We had a wonderful week at Sophie's house! The property is quietly located in a small alley and is perfect for excursions in the area. Sophie is a great host and we felt very much! We will be happy to come back! 😊

10-15 minute walk from main area in Como. Bus station right outside the apartment which is helpful. Would stay again.
